Poor customer service. I called the agency to book for a flight but the guy said that the date I chose to travel is no longer available on their system. I asked him if he can give me some other travel agencies I can call and see if they have the date available (since they don't) and he won't give me any and his reason was because the other travel agencies are they competitors. Our family has used Genesis for more than a 1/2 decade. We have used it for national and international flights and have always been pleased from the service they have provided. Be it noted they are very professional in meeting the needs of a family member who has special needs when traveling by air. These guys are great! I've worked with them multiple times over the years and will only work with these guys on short notice flights.

Book tickets, early, for my family and was promised seating arrangement(to be seated all together) to only find out one week(before depature) that the seats were not made. Tickets were about the same price as Expedia and the travel agent said it had been made. Also we found out that the flight time were changed and we were not informed about the changes.They are liars and somewhat obsolete in comparison to online companies like expedia...STAY AWAY!
