They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box. The next day we had to hire another moving company to finish the job. I was just on the phone with the company because was transferred to them when I put in a request for movers to give me estimates. The woman, I was speaking with hung up on me when I told her about this situation.... that alone explains how horrible this company is. Despite this, the company charged my personal credit card multiple times without authorization while they were unavailable to accept the properly issued payment. This happened even while there was ongoing communication with their finance leadership. I've reported the charges, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution. Between providing incorrect information, failing to receive payment, and making unauthorized charges, this raises serious concerns. Proceed with caution.

The 2nd time was equally as good, however, when I moved this last time into my home, they sent 2 trucks and 4 guys. The one that I had requested, which I had the first time was not available that day so they sent 4 others out. The one lead guy did not stay on top of the others and they just did what they wanted. They were slow, careless and I ended up with damaged furniture, damaged doorways into my NEW house and not one did they have the curtesy to let me know. They put things in one room that I asked them to and ended up just piling things on top of other things to the point where I can't get to anything without moving everything out. They put the remainder of the stuff in the garage and it looks like a trash heap in both my one bedroom and the garage. It took them almost 8 hours to move me. I did have 3 storage units, however, it only took 2 hours to move into the biggest one and about 1 1/2 hours to move into the 2nd one. I moved myself into the 3rd one. That was with only 2 guys per unit. This time, it took over 4 hours to move out of the units. That is insane. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend to anyone if you value your possessions and your time and money.

We had taken photos of the tub before hand and after. Three sides of our hot tub were damaged. This 1-star review is not about the damage. This review is a result of their lack of professionalism in handling the claim. We paid them EXTRA for what they deemed "insurance" to cover damages, but then refused to use that coverage to cover the damages they caused. I was told by Dalton Duran that they would send someone to our home to look at the damage and then settle with us. But continuous attemps to reach him resulted in being ghosted. We are filing a claim in civil court as a result. Just a word to the wise. Always get pictures before and after and be prepared for the worst. They aren't professional enough to handle the mistakes they makes. I'll never use them again. You shouldn't, either.
