Bluejay botched the flashing on both sides of the brick work. Nelson said he would be back next day, that was September 2025. I'm told they are not managing the pressure on the nail guns, the nails are going through the shingles and they way the installed the vents make them prone to future leaking. The exhaust vent ducting were found laying on the insulation, cheap tape unsuitable for the attic heat. A building permit is need to to make changes to the plumbing, gas, electricity or renovate but any clown can can rip the roof off to the rafters and not need inspections! God know what else they messed up. never give them e-tranfers... cheaper is more expensive in the long run... the award on FB, is like an internet diploma. Save up for another year then get real pros instead of the fly by nighters...
