I am revising my review on account of my experiences with my provider Lisa Mullins, NP…read more Upon entering the the room she always said, "How are you? Any STDs I should be worried about?". Every. Single. Time. I tell her , "No.", and ask why she believes I would have one. I have never had an STD and yet each appointment she would ask me this. Three years ago she even went as far as to suggest my husband was cheating and may possibly give me one. It took several visits to finally convince her that the intense pain I was feeling during ovulation needed to be looked into further whereupon several decent sized cysts were discovered on both ovaries. Hormones did not relieve the pain and it took several more calls and visits to finally see Dr. Kondrup and have a lap which found the uterus inside, outside, and my ovaries covered in endometriosis. The intense pain returned, hormones did not work, and it took several calls and visits to see Dr. Kondrup again and I eventually had a hysterectomy. The right ovary was left in and still causes me pain which Lisa Mullins described as, "Not a big deal.". I stayed with her so long because she was highly recommended, but she is cold, unsympathetic, and in my cases seemed bored with myself and my symptoms or questions or complaints. She and Dr. Kondrup were extremely pushy about getting genetic testing as well which my insurance doesn't cover and would cost me over $3000. It was brought up at every single appointment starting nearly five years ago. I will no longer recommend this practice and have since found another office.

The office is busy, but well organized, efficient, clean, knowledgable, and professional. I never feel like a "number", and the nurses remember me when I visit. I've never been the victim of "moral judgement" as the 2010 reviewer claimed. I will never go to another OB/GYN in the area- I drive an hour to see this office and it is well worth the time investment!

I didn't want to see a group of rotating midwives for my pregnancy, and at this office, you get to know the midwife who is going to be there at your birth. She's awesome. Definitely the woman to see if you're planning on giving birth in the hospital. The receptionist Lisa is also super great.

But at least there are multiple TV's, plenty of seating, magazines and a children's corner, to make up for it. I like that they work with me on my pregnancy/birthing preferences. And unlike Ivy, I recieve almost no bills in the mail because they work with your insurance. They also had a "Welcome package" for me when I switched, vitamins, formula, and a ton of magazines. Ivy didn't give me a single thing. I would totally recommend to anyone who is pregnant!

I went to this office and was under Dr. Suroskys care.. my husband and i were…read morelooking to have another and because of my thyroid condition and the fact that i had an iud i really wanted to be seen before we started trying. My first appt went fine but he ordered NO bloodwork to check my thyroid or anything else. My second appt was when I actually was pregnant..my husband and I had to use fertility drugs with our first baby so we were very suprised! So once again, he ordered NO bloodwork again. Why? Well seems to me it would be something done on a regular basis but because I wasn't using medicade insurance they didn't do it. hmm..he also told me that I should take prometrium fpor low progesterone because I needed fertility drugswith my first son so i PROBABLY had low progesterone...wow, a simple blood test would have found it was fine...(had this done later for the pregnancy I have now) it gets better though...don't stop reading.. the followinf day after my pap i started bleeding...bad.. so i called the office and they told me to come in and get a slip for a qual/quant and come back in 48 hrs... let me ask you, would you want to wait 2 days to find out if you were loosing your baby? They and myself had no idea how far along I was either! So i begged for an ultrasound and got it. Well, there was nothing to be found and later that day I got a call that my hcg level was 0. I had experienced a miscarriage. I was very depressed, my husband and I are good people and wonderful parents. I took two weeks off of work to deal with my grief. Nobody from ttwh called me to see if I was ok or to say "hey, we need to see you for a follow up." My work told me if I was going to be out for that long I would need to fill out paperwork for FLMA. I had everything filled out and called ttwht and asked Dr. Ahole Surosky to fill it out. I was told by the secretary there that I had to come in to be seen for him to fill out my paperwork! This was out of the blue...they don't want to see me until I need something? hmm.. FUBAR.. so I had to make an appointment, sit in a waiting room full of 13 year old pregnant teenagers and dirtbags that don't care about their kids at all to be seen by a midwife who didn't touch me or do anything for me at all. She just made me explain my heartbreaking story again and yes, it hurts to tell it but if I can keep someone from going though what i went through then it was worth it. Also, if you are not on medicade and have regluar insurance then DO NOT GO HERE! You have plenty more options. If you are on medicade go to Birth n Beyond. It's very close to ttwht and they will accept it. I did my research in case anyone was worried about not having their ins. accepted.

Also they have little to no knowledge of NYS law when it comes to transferring records to a new doctors office. I am so thankful to be out of this office and going to an office that does not hang up on its patients, and then ignore them when they call back.
