Good people. Always communicate repairs and do what is asked. If something goes wrong, they go beyond expectations. Thumbs up.

I wanted to take some time to share the outstanding experience that my family had at Woodrum…read moreToyota. We had been looking for a specific make/model vehicle for our new driver, and they had one. We worked with Ben in sales who answered all of our questions, followed up when requested and made it his goal understand our wants/needs and meet them. Ben advocated for the deal we wanted to make and we were able to do it without haggling, which was refreshing and appreciated. Big thanks and kudos to Ben, our salesman and Jared, the sales manager for a terrific, hassle free experience. We drove away with the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted. This was the easiest and frankly, most enjoyable car buying encounter I've ever had. I 100% recommend Ben, Jared and Woodrum to anyone looking to buy! A+ experience! Thank you!

I signed a contract on the 24th of September for a brand new car with Michael, the sales manager…read more Essentially, he messed up the paperwork. Two weeks after the purchase, he had someone call me and tell me that my payment was going up because they screwed up. Obviously, I said 'absolutely not, you better figure it out or take the car back but I'm not paying more than the agreed upon amount.' They finally got it fixed and I signed a contract with slightly new terms. Then they screwed up again, so I had to sign another contact the same exact day just for clerical issues. Move forward again two weeks, so a nearly a month after the 'purchase', I get called again, this time by the finance manager, Vince. I'm told, 'hey I don't know what's been happening here but I'm just trying to get this all squared away, so we need you to sign a new contract.' In case you missed it, that would be the fourth contact I would need to sign with these lunatics. They seem to act as if this is normal, like I shouldn't be outraged about this, that it's normal to call up clients and tell them they screwed up and your payment is going up. At this point, I've had it. I don't even own the car a month later. I drove the car more than. 2,500 miles so far as my partner and went on a road trip. The paint on the hood has chips from the same trip (so much for the coating I paid extra for to protect the paint). So I tell them, I'm done with one sided changes. Either we renegotiate a new contract beneficial to me or I'm not signing up to their new terms and conditions. Then it goes quiet. Finally, they have the sales person text me trying to talk me out of it. He brings up his kids and wife trying to guilt me into this nonsense. I'm still a no. I'm done signing new contracts that do not benefit me. I'm tired of the lackadaisical attitude they have given me. Particularly, Michael the sales manager and the person who made the initial mistake, has been nothing short of a a****le to me every time I've spoke to him. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now, they refuse to renegotiate the car. So I said, okay refund my down payment and come get it. I'm done. I'll take my business elsewhere because you do not deserve it. This was Monday. Michael then calls me that Monday evening and tells me they'll come Tuesday and bring me a check for the down payment. Tuesday I texted to confirm and I hear nothing. I call, I hear nothing. I call again, I hear nothing. Finally I ask the receptionist if I can talk to anyone that's not a voicemail. After being on hold, Vince tells me that they won't be coming today, Michael is off today and 'I don't want to bother him on his day off' so he won't be able to confirm anything until tomorrow. God forbid Michael be inconvenienced at all. Clearly inconvenience is a prime customer service feature saved for customers only. So now I have a car that I cannot drive bc it does not belong to me, they have $1,500 that belongs to me that I need in order to buy another vehicle but no one has any idea when they are coming to take the car and give me back my money. Y'all, take your business elsewhere. Woodrum Toyota cannot be the only place that is a Woodrum dealer that is this backwards and insane. Don't do it to yourself. You'll be stuck in a situation where they try to screw you over. Anyone at Woodrum reading this, you suck big balls.

Funny story, the fuel pump quit on my red ford ranger. Shottenkirk burlington was the place I had…read moreto get it towed to for the replacement according to my Insurance company. I went along with that and just bit the bullet when i heard how much it would cost. I have done this myself before and it is not fun. Anyway, i went to pick it up today, now two weeks later. Wife and Daughter had to be involved in a 3 car meeting so they could get to Burlington, trade the explorer i was driving and also get the camry back home. At that point, i got into my truck and headed back to work as it was around 330, and I usually work until 5 or so. I noticed the fuel was low, so i stopped at caseys in Middletown. I put the nozzle in and heard a gusher of fuel under the truck. Turns out, they did not reconnect the fuel hoses to the fill hole and left them hanging off to the side. About 1/2 gallon of fuel went on the ground before I knew what was going on. I still needed fuel so i crawled under the truck in the puddle of gas and shoved the hoses back where they are supposed to be. Then i went into Caseys middletown to see what needed to be done about the spill. They said it was not too bad and put some oil dry down. So off to Shottenkirk I went. The customer service area is set up kind of like a university auditorium but instead of students there are customers, and the area where there would be some professors is where you talk to the people fixing your cars. I went in and was trying not to be 'that guy' but when i get angry and excited I tend to start TALKING REALLY LOUD and my voice carries pretty far. So i tried to explain this whole thing to the woman who I think might have peed her pants and she got a tech to come over and see what my issue was. By the time he got to me I took a chair in the auditorium area and everyone was either looking at me or wondering what kind of dumpster fire Shottenkirk was making of THEIR vehicles. The tech came back later and said he got everything hooked back up and gave me my keys. I went over to the woman that might have peed and asked who i needed to talk to to get some kind of a refund for this problem. She called Mike in on the intercom and I went back to my chair which i tried to make sure had as much unleaded 87 octane transferred to it. Mike came over and i went through the whole thing with him again in front of my audience and he said maybe we should go back to my office. I said maybe we should. The tech came back in and I said I understand the mistake , but, you and I both know what this should cost, and its about one fourth of what I am being charged. That is why I am not happy, and my beef is not really with you. So I think he was ok and was dismissed but then I was back to Mike to see what he was going to do. He gave me a 100% refund on labor. That left me paying for a 500$ or so pump that I could have got at AutoZone for $225. In the end its probably a good deal but I am assuming the rest of the job was done right. Jury is still out on that.
