as for medical attention ,and a small amount of employees that are at the desk in the woman's area are and has been ( a female) has a bitchy attitude may be the keys and the title officer got to her head! reminder there are no officers there /present there people that check clock in and out and get an 8-9.00 an hr and most men and the woman talk with the ghetto lingo wow professional ya right but there is ghetto there ,i see in the parking lot the guys use the phrase hey foo and so on so there is a hand full of kids working there that like the ideal being in a uniform and called officers let me tell you the only uniforms that have respect is a real officer in a sheriffs uniform and city police sine i have family in the sheriffs dept. those are the real deal . I was the listing agent representing the seller in a transaction involving this lender. When the offer was accepted, we were told the buyer was qualified and ready to move forward. Unfortunately, once escrow opened, the process became extremely difficult and continued to go down one issue after another. The transaction was delayed approximately one month past the original closing date. Communication from the lending side was handled through a representative named Linett, but updates were inconsistent, delayed, and often unclear throughout the process. Escrow, agents, and the seller's side repeatedly had to ask for updates, and many times we were left without a clear answer as to what was still needed or when the file would actually close. Even near the end of the transaction, after multiple extensions had already been granted, we were still dealing with last-minute requests and uncertainty. At one point, we were told an extension needed to be signed within an hour or the file would not fund. That kind of communication created unnecessary stress and pressure on the seller and everyone involved. The seller was cooperative throughout the entire process, but the repeated delays and lack of clear communication made it very difficult to provide the seller with a reliable timeline. The loan did finally fund, but the experience was extremely frustrating and not handled in a way that made the closing process smooth or professional. I'm a federal employee which the staff doesn't know and I have never felt so disrespected in my entire life. The staff here is the most unprofessional that I've ever seen and they literally make you feel like they're talking down on you. The women at the front desk that check people in for visitations are extremely rude. One time I called to see what hours contact visitations were and they gave all the incorrect information. I live 4 hours away and the last thing I want to deal with is the staff. read more

I just spoke to Robert Boone in their Los Angeles office and the man is profoundly unprofessional. When I first called this facility I was immediately cut off and transfered without warning (which I don't have a problem with because I know that this is the protocol that is utilized in the office because of the volume of calls) Then I was transfered to Robert Boone and asked him a question in regards to a position of employment and before I can finish he berated me with unprofessional vernacular and tone.
