She is calm & collected, vastly knowledgeable, very patient when needed, communicates wonderfully and is seriously just a pleasure to go through this experience with. We only had one lesson before COVID-19 hit, so had to taker a break until we were able to continue with safety precautions. Unlike many other drivers and instructors we saw on our lessons, Ruby wore a mask for the entirety of each lesson, and in between lessons, too.
