The stylists are friendly and well experienced and you can usually book with your prefered stylist rather than making a generic appointment, although you won't get an immediate appointment. The salon is in the town centre, but the parking in the area is very limited, there are pay and display car parks within walking distance though. The salon is tucked away, but doesn't need to rely on visual advertising, as word of mouth about the place is good.

I arrived to the appointment & the girl doing my hair didn't seem to really know what she was doing & a trainee so did not do a neat job of the cornrows at all very untidy & not salon quality. The braiding hair wasn't prepped properly resulting in tangling & scraggy ends & hair poking out of the cornrows . She finished after 3 hours so the salon owner proceeded to charge me £50 for the job - shocking as the braiding was poor quality & untidy. I challenged this and was met with disrespect by the owner & as a 1st time customer I was disgusted of my treatment. I will never visit this place again! Bad customer service, bad pricing, a real rip off
