But once you walk through the castle, you start to realize how big the whole place really is which is absurd. Unfortunately, I only had 20 minutes so I couldn't do too much exploring, but I really loved what I saw. There is a huge lake in the middle, and as I wandered through the woods, it was just crazy how it was a complete nature escape. At points of the park, you feel like you're completely lost in the forest and unsure of where you are. They also have a lot of benches scattered throughout the nature parts so you can take breaks if you get tired. My student ticket was 30 kc which is not too bad. I wonder if you have to pay every time you go though. It's definitely a place I would frequent to go running or walking in. Just simply beautiful. tldr; if you are in pruhonice, you have to go here! best park ever

Highly recommend spending at least 2-3 hours at this park. Minimal tourists, mostly families and…read morelocals, with the exception of near the Metronome which did have a lot of tourists. Walk across the Stefanikuv bridge that head up the hill. If you take a left, you can head to the coffee house, Cafe Expo for an excellent latte and nice view of the Vltava river and the hydro plant. Then head SW to walk along the grounds where there are flower displays, and interesting mosaic encrusted ventilator stack, a few sculptures, a pond with an interesting pipe sculpture. Stop at the metronome, then the Hanau Pavilion which is built of iron and very unique. All along there are nice views of the River. There is a large children's play area, several places to eat, drink or have an ice cream.

The park has many fields, walkways, and benches. There's also a skating park area and a pond. It's a perfect place for a date, walking dogs, playing with your kids, or spending some time alone.

With abundant trees and installed parasols, you can certainly enjoy a cold one away from the heat. In addition to food, I also got their vegan falafel and hummus. It seemed that they also had veggie burgers that *could* be vegan, but I did not inquire further because it was sold out at the time of my visit. They also have different types of fries, too, which are always the best plant-based snacks to have with your drink for both vegans and non-vegans alike!
