On top of that, they refused to update my annual mileage--even after I provided the official lease return document showing I was under the allotted mileage. They simply would not adjust it, which directly affects my premium and is completely unreasonable. When I called for help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to fix even the most straightforward issues. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect a refund for the unused days of coverage and a correction to the mileage error. I strongly caution anyone against trusting this office with their insurance needs.
