However, this agency using a third-party do estimating and you as a client have no input on the way with the third-party comes up with a noncompetitive price function. The third-party is pricing my home $200,000 more than the township and Delaware county. And no matter what input I can give, the price is not reflected by any changes I can make. It would be foolish to me to switch to your product and pay $500 more per year and not have upside only just downside. I'm seriously disappointed in Google's information provided from my the search. I compare this to my existing company. There is no upside going with you. Hopefully this gives you another insight what clients think about your competitiveness.

She said I can have an appointment for tomorrow at 2:00pm; I came in at 2:00pm, and apparently, I was a "walk-in" on their chart(s) and had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes to get checked. I thought I had an appointment already set up, evidentially not. Apparently, you're the last resort when you come in as a "walk-in". They have a whole list of ten to fifteen people scheduled first before you, then the "walk-ins" come in after once the appointments are done. I understand where they are coming from, but it would have been nice to have been told that on the phone from the get-go, otherwise I would have just sent up an appointment. Luckily, the two people ahead of me never showed up to their "appointment" so I was lucky. I could have only imagined how long I would have waited if they did not show up... It's a shame, because I really liked their receptionist, but I think she needs more training... only saving grace for me not making it a one-star review was the gentleman who did the Fingerprints... He was thoughtful, kind, understanding, and to the point. My boss yelled at me today, and I almost got fired for an employee's negligence. I was supposed to come back to work at a reasonable time, and I did not end up going back to my job until 4:15, that is 45 minutes until I am supposed to clock out on my job. I mind as well never even have showed back up to work and called it a day. My boss was not pleased. I am NEVER doing that again and risking my job for an employee's ineptitude. I will come here again, sure, but I will make sure I come the first hour when they open or set up an "Appointment" first.

Joseph Hussey is Tom's Hussey's father. Now Tom Hussey is running the agency along with his sister, Jennifer. I have been a faithful customer of this agency forever. Tom and Jennifer are always available to answer questions whenever the need arises. Whenever I had financial issues, they were always very understanding. Hussey Insurance Agency moved from West Chester Pike to the address on Darby Road. The Darby Road office is fairly new. My family was accustomed to visiting the office on West Chester Pike. What was good about the West Chester Pike office was that there were many businesses around that you could patronize. Places like Wells Fargo, Starbucks, and McDonalds. The office on West Chester Pike had a pretty good sized parking lot. One great asset to the Darby Road Office is Wawa. I usually stop there when I visit Allstate. I visit Allstate for my mom, because I pay my bills online. When you enter the Darby Road office, its a nice area with three desks and a waiting room area. And it is recommended that clients park on the street. They do have a driveway, however it can be tricky navigating out of there.
