On the finance company web page, I was told I could view, understand and keep track of my payments. What's on that site is not the same amount that they're taking out of my checking account. Sketchy as hell...! But the representative made sure to let me know that I had damn near another $5k to utilize. I'll BE DAMNED IF DO!!!

I was told it was a queen. So I went on their website and tapped on queen mattress set, saw the price, and went to go by the mattress. I was told the website was an error and that it would be $100 more. Needing the bed, I had to go and pay the $100 more. The boss would not honor what it had shown of why I drove there to purchase it. When the bed showed up although my dimensions were correct, it did not fit. So I had to go down to a full size. When I called to let them know I was given misinformation and that this bed needed to be picked up and replaced for a smaller size, that I should have been told originally the correct size, which is why I called first, in the first place,, I was told I had to pay the $50 redelivery fee​. I will Never go back and deal with this misrepresentation or be gouged for money by this place anymore, and I will be calling the friends I referred to this place to tell them not to go there if they have not already and hope that they did not have to go through what I did if they have been there already because I referred them to a place like this.

I like to take it easy on small businesses. But I still need to leave this review. We bought a 2 piece couch set (loveseat & chair) for a lil under 700 dollars. The delivery guys took the set out the box, set up the sofa, and while they were working on the loveseat my son sat on the sofa, and right away the cushion spring popped from the base. It literally hadn't been 20min!! And let me say this we are not big ppl, but even if we were furniture shouldn't break after, 20 min. We said to the guy look at what happen!! One of the guys tried to act like it was our fault. Until, we said, we'd stop payment. After that he quickly apologized. We asked if we could exchange it for another one. But they claimed they didn't have another set in the warehouse. But offered to fix this sofa by applying plywood. He took the sofa out brought it back about an hour later. And showed how he "fixed it" that was good customer service. But I'm pretty sure we wont purchase from them again.
