Tracy helped make all the processes so smooth from the vendors, to the decor, to covid precautions, to the clean up. She is such a rockstar. The tech team is really on top of their game and know what they're doing. I've never been aware of any equipment malfunctions on their part and they're all so nice and hospitable. The venue itself is very nice, well-kept and in a prim e location in downtown Florence. Because it's on the outskirts of downtown, parking is not a problem at all because of all the side streets it faces.

Tip 2: if you call the desk after hours, hold on through the message and someone is always on call. I would gladly stay here again in a back corner room. I was in 302, where the view was terrible but the space was excellent for doing a workout between the bed and tv stand. It was quiet. I love the exposed brick and the decor but wonder why there are two gorgeous light fixtures flaming the bed with a switch by the bathroom. That means a reader like me had to relocate the lamp so I wouldn't have to get out of bed to turn out a light. I like that they give you what look like locally made toiletries (lotion, soap and even room spray). They smelled good. Staff were accommodating and checked on our group as guests and when using a meeting room to be sure we were satisfied. And to be right by Big Bad Breakfast and in a lovely walkable downtown made it just right. I didn't know why I'm not compelled to give it 5 stars but I certainly enjoyed being there.
