He had our house pressure washed one day and painted on the next day. He and his crew took the time needed to patch up holes and problems in our siding before painting, and then he gave the house 2 coats of paint. His attention to detail was something you seldom find anymore. David and his crew took real pride in their work and this showed in the final result - a beautifully painted house. The gutters were also done to perfection even though I changed the placement of them from their original position. I'm a perfectionist, and I don't recommend companies lightly, but David's Painting is definitely a 5 star company. I can trust them to do a great job, and that is something I rarely say. Gary Griffith We are preparing to place our home of 32…read moreyears on the market and needed repairs done: replace trim around garage doors, paint some, repair holes in walls [thank you, teenage boys!], install shoe mold trim after having floors refinished. Of course, as the job progressed, we came up with additional things to do: paint the cupola, wash a second story picture window 20 feet off the ground, etc. We got Gary's name through Home Depot along with two other contractors. The other two didn't reply to our inquiries but Gary did! Boy, were we lucky! Even though it's over an hour drive for him, he took the job. His initial bid was very professional. He submitted a formal bid by email detailing everything that was included. As we added items, he submitted an additional bid so it was all clear and in writing. Gary's work was fantastic. My husband is a retired Industrial Arts aka "Shop" teacher so he knows his way around home maintenance & repair. Unfortunately, his health doesn't allow him to take on significant jobs currently which is why we hired Gary. Hubby was quite impressed with Gary's work. The holes in the upstairs walls are now perfect! You can't even tell teenagers used to live there! Garage door trim - perfect! Painting jobs are great. Everything Gary touched is now fantastic looking. On top of all this, he has a great personality. Really friendly & outgoing. Plus, he comes with a bonus! His wife, Tina, usually accompanied him to work and functioned as his "gopher". She, likewise, has an engaging personality. Another thing I liked about Gary is that he was great at communicating. If he was coming on Tuesday and got held up for some reason, he would text me telling me what was going on and when he expected to be at the house. There was no guesswork involved. I've had experience with many subcontractors because we subbed out our home when it was built so I was in contact with all the subcontractors and scheduled their work at the jobsite. I've never had a contractor who was so conscientious about communication. Value for the job performed - we feel is excellent. Usually, we get three bids for a job like this but we couldn't get anyone else to reply to our requests. Turns out, it was totally unnecessary to get any other bids. Honestly, I can't say how his prices compare with other contractors but I don't care. We're not the type to throw money away: I don't think we did in this case. His dedication to the quality of his work and his work ethic made it money well spent. In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse Gary Griffith. I would hire him again in a heartbeat but we are moving to the other side of the state and I don't think I can talk him into driving that far to work for us!

After leaving the job as they did, the wife Takeelah called me and says Felton says give him another $1000. and he will come back to work. I refused as they already had over $$6000.00 when they walked off the job. They are thieves. I won a judgement for over 11,000 in Carrol County Small Claims Court, yet to collect. They give you a good quote, collect half or more up front, leave the job, and try to extort more money. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, CON ARTISTS AND THIEVES. June of 2019 a man contacted me after doing business with them he looked up reviews. He saw mine He said they stole his money too. They collected money up front worked 1/2 day of a 3-4 day job, asked for the balance money which he gave them. They walked off the job. When he contacted them they asked for more money and then they would return to work. He told me Felton threatened and tried to intimidate him. We are currently trying to get Douglas Police/Procesutor and Villa Rica to do something about the con Duo. Felton J Traylor and Takeelah Traylor. Felton has his wife Takeelah do most of the talking and giving you a story of how Christian they are and fell on hard times, etc. He is the mastermind, and she carries out the con. Don't be fooled.

He explained that he would remove the old caulking and replace with new. Other painters wanted to just caulk where they saw cracks. Not Vincent, he takes pride in his work and make sure all your furniture is covered and secure. He told us that we should paint all of the ceilings, because once new paint on walls, the ceilings would stand out if not painted. He gave us two coats of paint, not just one, like the other quotes we got. Our home had not been painted in 24 years, and now it looks like a brand new house.
