This was a Great class and really helped me all the way through from signing up and getting started to getting all my paperwork sent over and helped me with any questions along the way i would highly recommend this class to anyone who needs to take any driving classes they also have a class to help with points on you license and getting your insurance lowered and Mr. Myers was very informative and shared his own personal experiences with the class to help us better understand and Ms. Queen was Awesome as well Helping all of us and making sure everyone was on the right road to recovery to turning over a new leaf and moving forward with a positive mind set!!! I recently finished up my driving school at Georgia driving school in Macon ( https://georgiadrivingschool.com ) The instructors and trainers are all very professional understanding and clear in their instruction. I actually learned many things to be a better driver and stay out of trouble. At 63 i was pretty self assured that I knew most everything, I was wrong I really did learn a lot. Poor communication. Do not return phone calls that were made multiple times. I left at least 3 or 4 message in less than a month and have yet to get a call back. You don't complete paperwork of any type they just take your money and then leave you hanging multiple times. I do not recommend this facility because customer service is a big problem at this facility and they are not looking out for anyone from them. I have left multiple messages since mid March and have yet to get a call back from the owner but have spoke to her husband twice, and two other staff members. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give lower than one star because they don't even deserve the one. This place is a complete joke and money making operation. They for one cost a fortune. Two they leave out 75% of the necessary information about what you need and when you can do things. The office staff is EXTREMELY condescending and talk to you like you are an ignorant piece of dirt, cutting you off the second you try to talk or ask questions. As for the instructors themselves, my boys only had one, Lashanda. She seemed courteous and genuinely interested in my boys learning and safety. No one WANTS to go to school here. We're in a situation where we chose to make a bad decision and now we're paying the price...and pay we do. With that said, if you have to take a DUI or defensive driving class this is the place. The knock out the 20 hours required in 2 and a half days over Friday through Sunday. The instructor that I had, Dr Angela Parker, made the experience...well...an experience. Time flew by. There was positive interaction and education. Dr. Parker shared personal stories and encouraged others to do the same. It was as positive as an experience that you could have in this case. Angela was amazing with the students. Brenda Sutton takes what would be an unfortunate experience and makes it surprisingly enjoyable. Also, after you pay, you can schedule your class completely dependent on your schedule. Most places make you repay if you need to reschedule your class. Definite added plus. read more
