I gave this company a 5 star rating!!! Based on my experience in 2021 and receiving the same great customer service in 2024 - I highly recommend this company . For those who do not want to read my experience because it is very long. I am putting why I highly recommend this company before I go into detail about my experience. Why I highly recommend this company: 1. If you are looking for outstanding customer service (customer service is everything to me!!). 2. If you are looking for a company that is not trying to get over on you, and not trying to price gouge. 3. If you are looking for a company that has the customer's best interest at hand. My experience with this company: In 2021, I called Georgia garage doors, and ended up speaking to Jermey, based on when I called; it would have been considered an emergency if they had come to my home. Jermey asked me to take pictures and send to him. After reviewing the pictures he told me that he could walk me through it because it was very simple. He walked me through it, saving me the emergency trip fee and whatever the cost would have been to fix it. Most, if not all other companies would have come out, charged the emergency fee, and charged whatever they wanted to fix it . They would have never said it was simple to fix, nor would they have been willing to walk me through the steps to fix the issue and not charge me some type of phone repair fee. At that point I knew I would be keeping their number for ever. On January 19, 2024 -I had a major problem with my garage door. I had FaceTimed a friend in another state and showed him my garage door and he said, do not try to close the door because it was off track, a piece had fallen out, and it may fall which would not be pretty. He told me to call someone who works on garage doors immediately. I remembered having Georgia garage doors number and gave them a call. I spoke to Jermey again, and it was the same impeccable customer service I received in 2021. Again, I sent pictures - Jermey told me (not to try to close the door) - exactly what my friend told me. I did request for them to come out this time for an emergency because I did not want my garage door left up the entire weekend. Jermey came, and he was as polite, and professional in person as he was over the phone. He actually provided me safety options on what I could do to possibly have more time before having to purchase a new garage door. After doing my own research prior to contacting them and speaking with my friend while FaceTiming the door- I knew it was probably best for my household to go on and purchase a new garage door for safety reasons. On that Monday, I had my garage door installed. *Saying this company is Awesome,superior, fantastic, amazing, honest, and customer-focused does not do justice. I spoke with both Hugh and Jeremy - both were very polite and professional. I received their information from a friend who received it from someone she knows. I then spoke with Jeremy for a second time after sending pictures of my motor. Jeremy was very nice, polite, professional, and provided me with the information I needed, he also answered every question I had. My husband spoke to them over the phone. 2 guys came and installed an aluminum new door and hauled away the old one. It took about 2 1/2 hours not bad at all. They only knocked on the door when they got here and when they left. I think it was about 2 days from call to install. We called about 5 different companies I was a bit hesitant because of the reviews but my husband said he liked the guy he spoke with on the phone and they were cheapest lol. It's been a few weeks since install the closing and opening is so much more quiet and smooth. No issues the door also has a warranty I believe a year not exactly sure but it's not something u replace often hardly ever read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeremy was an awful person, a very pushy salesman and ultimately gave a blown up quote of $349 for 2 springs and install for a 16' garage door.
