He was terrible about returning calls, when we spoke on the phone he came off as snarky an arrogant, and never came to even do the estimate just completely blew me off for a day or two before he would even respond. They had no respect for me or my time. They don't have the courtesy to just let someone know they're going to be late. They have also not called since then to try to reschedule. I will not do business with people that have such poor character. I will hire someone else.
