I usually don't give reviews, but I felt a civil duty to do so when the service is beyond the pale of disrespect, a waste of time, and incompetency because customers do read reviews and based on those reviews avoid that place of business. So get your business in order. For me at this so called professional business was so disrespectful. I should have known the building itself seemed more like a drive by pop up car wash station, yet, I decided to try and query about a car stereo installation. Talked with one of the people working there name Tony and was quoted a price for my car and was told to come back earlier in the next business day. No worries it was early afternoon and they had several cars & ppl in the waiting area.
Ok, get there early in the morning when they open, why the doors didn't open till 10-12 mins pass opening hours? Why Tony was not there but someone bald foreign man that was in the bathroom came out, looked at me in disgust (yes in a disgusting manner being pissed off for something I have no idea, then walked passed me, yep, no "Hi Customer, how can I help you, instead he walks out the side door and I am standing there STILL with no one at the counter!!). As a calm person, I am still waiting patiently.
Next, it's 5 mins later, this same short foreign bald man, seemed from El Salvador, walks in with this dude that I remember parked next to me that also had a frown of disgust on his face & had access to the glass doors garage & opened it to go in side, not in the main lobby to go behind the counter, of course not, no one was behind the counter because that foreign bald man was in the bathroom. No good morning, no, we will be right with you. I don't know why these ppl that work there were acting that way maybe because my ethnic racial difference. I don't know, but it was crazy.
Finally, this short foreign bald dude walks in and ask me how can I help you? Yeah, crazy, like the last 20 mins didn't happen. I mention what I was told and he just cuts me off and said oh only Tony can do that? What? All these guys they had fixing on things the past weekend -- come to find out one ...yes, only 1 person can do car stereo installations?
And for me to wait until Tony returns? Who leaves a business after opening, after you was told to return back early in the morning, why, no one is there on time ready to go. Finally, Tony walks in another 10-20 mins later.... guess what? The same facial disgust, like how dare I show up early in the morning (when they first open now 40 mins ago!!)... Idk, ...FAST forward.. he asked me what did I want, so I repeated it and then he acted like he never saw me or heard what was talked about, so I pulled out the business card that HE WROTE ON the price of install & his name. Once he re-verified again: type of car, etc., then he says "Oh, that was priced for a smaller unit for that type of car..." What? and then he pretends to look up a part on a computer and said... "Oh, and I don't think we have that dash kit... but let me get the keys to look in the car?" Of course, I didn't give him my keys, so we both walked out there and then he knows for sure, well, we can't get that kit?? Waste of time.
Get some skills, primarily in customer service because those 2-bit tint jobs limit your potential to grow your business. Awful place.
To end on a good note, I was determined to get a car stereo installed. I went to two other places, omg the better customer service received was 100x better, the price was much higher but worth it. Decided to go to Best Buy and it was the BEST DECISION. In and out in less than 2 hours and all the parts were there, Ok! Yay! no fooling around just straight to business, why, because BB knows that customers are willing to spend the necessary funds if service is there in a fast and efficient way.
Avoid this business and take it somewhere that professionalism and customer service is valued more than the quick buck of one class course training techs. read more
