I like the hygienist Leanne and both Dr. Lamb and Dr. Lalonde. Unfortunately, we've had really negative experiences with their booking system. There have been multiple instances where a confirmed appointment was either cancelled on us at the last minute, or we've actually shown up and the appointment has been changed without being notified. This is just not acceptable for a family with 2 working parents and kids with a full schedule- working out a time for an appointment is stressful enough. I'm going to change to an office that is more reliable.

The hygienist I've seen, Irene, is fantastic. Unlike some lesser dental outfits I'v been to who seem to be making up work or looking for extra procedures to bill for, this place has explained in detail that they certainly could do this or that but that it isn't needed until it's causing a problem which I soooo appreciate.
