Where something had it and shattered. I called Kornell and informed him on what happened. I even texted him a picture. There was absolutely no communication from him. Also, the irrigation company came out about an hour ago and come to find out that I had a broken head again, where they damaged. So now I got a broken window and a busted sprinkler head that has to be replaced due to their incompetence. And make it so bad I was paying him an extra $25 every two weeks for them to walk my front yard to make sure that there were no sprinkler heads sticking up b4 they start cutting. The last cut, 17Jul, no one from the crew walked the front yard. I was watching them from a far. Now he has completely ghosted me. I texted him to inform that I will NO LONGER be using them at this address. $370. (Window) & $80. (Sprinkle head) later.

Kornell was most helpful with picking out plants that were best suited for the space, pointing out the duration of sun in a particular place, potential growth of plants, all the things the majority of people don't think about. A few plants had to be relocated to another place on the property, he was happy to move them. He failed to notify us and he may not have known he did it since he FLIES on his zero turn with noise coverage on his ears. But when we called and told him, he didn't even come and LOOK at the damage. We waited 2 weeks then had the window repaired at a cost of $350!!! Sent him a registered letter requesting repayment several months ago and he hasn't had the decency to reply. We are headed to small claims court. They restored my backyard, I am able to use it without the worry about standing water. As apart of the maintenance and upkeep of the drain system, Jeff came back out this week (July 2025) and checked to ensure everything is still working properly on my system. The young men who cut the grass are more concerned with speed than doing a good job the first time. Every time they came out I had to show them tall weeds they overlooked and they hardly used the weed eater. I even found myself having to cut the grass in between their visits because it was so tall. They claimed, "they were keeping the grass the same height as the weeds". What!?! How about you cut it all? I have started cutting my lawn again until I can find someone with a little more attention to detail.
