If they can't even do something as basic as have a conversation about scheduling via text, they're certainly not going to go to bat for you with anything else. It was only after I told them this was discrimination and threatened to file a lawsuit that they were suddenly capable of scheduling via text. But I don't think I will go with them. It was already difficult enough to just get a basic accommodation that I have no faith they'll stand up for me. And they'll likely respond to this with some offer to assist to make themselves look better, but I've tried to work with them for over a month now. That's not gonna change because of a review.
