It was easy to get an estimate, appointment, schedule, and I got updates by text on how repairs were going along with an estimated date of completion. I was able to get a rental car pickup here. When I picked up my car, my battery unfortunately died so I asked for a jump. Very glad someone was around to help with that! The repairs were perfect and everything was detailed in a document. They rape your insurance for everything they have and they lie over and over again. For one they DO NOT call you. You have to call them. If you get a text from them giving an update it's a complete lie. For an entire month straight they have given me the runaround about my car. I have to call them multiple times a week and every time I call they lie to me and the insurance stating my car will be finished by the end of the week. Then I have to call back at the end of the week and ask them why my car isn't done and they say next week. I call back and they tell me and the insurance it's going to be done by the end of the week. This process has been going on for 4 weeks straight and I wish I was exaggerating. My car has been in their possession for 2 months for a side swipe. I've called them 2-3 times a week for them to continue to say it would be a few days. They lie and give the most unrealistic time frame putting me at the mercy of begging the insurance to extend my rental. I'm a single mother and if I had believed them I would be thousands in debt with enterprise. If you have the kind of expendable income to afford a rental for months on end good for you. Go ahead and let them board your car. If your living paycheck to paycheck like me then DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They will have you in a hole with no end in sight. You think they would be honest and say it will be a few weeks. Nope. They continue to say every week it will be done in a day or two and don't listen when they say "it's in paint and then it's done." My car has been "in paint" for 3 weeks. Just remember while I am posting this I still don't have my car. Now I had to tell them I'm coming to pick it up in 2 days with or without them being done.
