Communication was poor throughout the process. Another challenge was that several of the workers did not speak English, which made it very stressful to communicate exactly what I wanted and did not want. On two separate occasions, the quality of the cleaning was below expectations. What was most disappointing was how my concerns were handled. When I raised a concern about the service, Blanca raised her voice and repeatedly yelled at me to "listen to her" instead of calmly addressing the issue. I felt disrespected and that my feedback was not valued. It seemed like I was expected to simply accept things as they were rather than voice any concerns. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, inconsistent service, and the way my concerns were handled have led me to decide it's time to try another cleaning company.

We have a good-sized home and just had them paint the WHOLE first floor (regular & coffered ceilings, all crown molding, walls, wall base, window frames, even closets). Their quote was thoughtful and reasonable, because we sure learned how much work it is to paint a home PROPERLY. A sharp & professional effort like theirs makes me see the big difference in quality. They are methodical in their work plan, and perfectionists with caulking, spackling/sanding, & painting. Every night my husband would walk around & inspect their work & comment how really excellent the quality of their work was. Their communication was good, they arrived same time every day, & their paint/caulk was very high-quality which makes more difference than most realize. A lot of people can paint, but we were super thankful that the Art Dept. painters (all of them) were also courteous, prompt, respectful, and just made the whole process easier for our family. And nice was that they all got along, talked/laughed, and often either quietly listened to books on tape or podcasts, or played really nice music. The owner, Jeremiah was lead painter w/another co. on the exterior of our house many years ago, so we were pleased to have him back again. He has his own company now and has gathered impressive others to work with him. They are wrapping up now ... I can hear them vacuuming! Yes, they vacuum! They are tidy and clean up daily! Checked the website (and Yelp) and figured I needed to talk with Jose G. Called number and answered "Hello?" Me: "Uhh, Jose?" "Yeah?" So it went like that for few but I had the right place. Jose is Hispanic but understood everything I asked when I slowed down a bit. He said no problem on an estimate a couple of days later and to text him my address. So he stopped out, we reviewed the work, he quoted a price (one I was very happy with at the time). Told him I would talk over with my wife and get back. Texted couple of days later and we agreed on a price. He wanted to come over on Saturday and start pressure washing then paint Monday. Worked for me! Blasted out all areas on Saturday. ..was there for a couple of hours at most. Then came out on Monday at 8am to paint. Caulked and finished all surfaces, laid down a coat of primer then two coats of Sherwin Williams super paint. Cleaned up and was done by 6pm. One man show with 6 extension ladders. I'm very happy with how it turned out...looks brand new. Clean up was OK. Had some left over caulk laying about but nothing major. Would have taken me 3 solid days anyhow. Licensed, bonded, insured? I have no idea...not an Angie's List guy myself. Price was right, he seemed honest and nice enough, work looked good. Will defintely call Jose for future work.
