However the unloading was chaos and they just put stuff everywhere. The furniture they room which is the right thing to do but the boxes just went here and there and trying to find what I need is just turning into a big problem. The guys nice and polite and courteous but I think that they could've been a little more organized with the unloading and look at the boxes OK this box goes in this room you know this box goes there because all the boxes were labeled so they would know. Doubtful I will use them again but might consider.

I put in a request for a quote to three services (on a Sunday morning, no less), and TexMo contacted me back in less than 10 minutes! I was stunned. Sure, their Yelp post guarantees a 20-minute turnaround, but it was Sunday, yo. I figured my stuff would sit there for a week before someone lugged it away. But TexMo gave me a reasonable quote and Keelen and Michael were in my driveway at 10:30 on that SAME Sunday morning! Are you kidding me? I might add that I'm in western Shawnee and they came all the way across the metro just to build their brand. Just WOW. I probably had 10 items, ranging from a couch and recliner to a warhorse of a dead lawnmower, and they took everything! No negotiating of space, no haggle, no fuss. They did what they said they would: they SHOWED UP, they're professionals with a great business niche, and they hauled my stuff away. Very fair rate, pleasant to work with, and they know their market. You want to use a chain? Great, fine, call 1-800-FacelessCorporation and throw your money away. And then get nickel-and-dimed when your stuff takes up an extra 5/16th of an inch on their truck. Not with TexMo. Keelen and Michael will take care of you. You're getting in with a LOCAL small business, and they are getting it done and done right. Call, use Yelp, use Google, whatever, but you won't be disappointed with TexMo.
