I had an accident with a curb in my 340i that caused my front suspension to camber causing rubbing on my shock assembly. I do work on cars myself, and on my Honda, but not my BMW. Please be careful with this place,I took my car there for a check-up, I thought they were honest but I was wrong. The place is nice and clean, manager Juan didn't charge me anything for the diagnosis, grateful weeks later I took the vehicle to him because I had a coolant leak, I confidently took it home after the repair. Several days later I realized that the level was low. The color corresponded to the old blue coolant and not the one he had supposedly changed it and charged me 4 times the retail value. I returned to the garage and politely told him what was happening, suggesting it could be a mistake, possibly the mechanic forgot to change the liquid, and never complained about the cost, he became defensive, telling me it was obvious I was ignorant, he almost threw some bills at me telling me it was a way to reimburse me, that if I was insinuating he was a thief, I insisted that I only wanted him to verify if there could have been an error or confusion, he continued to raise his voice and offend me and I decided to leave. My conclusion is that he felt exposed and discovered in what were possibly irregular charges. I would never go back there, and I suggest anyone who goes compare and verify whether the diagnoses and work performed there are real. read more

So I'm driving home on a sunny day with the top down on my Mercedes Benz SLK, and all of a sudden it starts to rain. I push the button to close my retractable top and it doesn't close. I've seen this place 100's of times as I drive to work, but I've always thought they may be uptight and overly expensive. I decided, what the heck... I have no choice. I take my car and a man named Juan helped me right away. He was very friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable, just by our short discussion. I had just gotten off of an overnight shift at the hospital and he offered to keep my car there, protect it from the rain and due to the fact that I sleep during the day, he allowed me to call him when I wake up. Once I called him, the price was slightly out of my budget, due to the fact that I'm a student and I also support my two younger siblings financially. This guy didn't know me from Adam, and he closed the top for me, offered to help me find parts from a less expensive site and he didn't even charge me. I probably shouldn't have said that part, but once I save up the money for the repairs, I'll definitely be going back to him. In today's society, it's hard to find someone who is genuinely nice. I didn't mention to him that I was a student and I didn't mention that I'm supporting not only myself, but my little brother and sister, so what he did helped me more than he will ever know! Read! Don't take your car here! My folks took their Mercedes sedan for AC trouble charged big $$$ back again and the trouble was never resolved. Like a dumb ass, I took my A4 there and they left all the bolts out and lost all the engine cover snaps, just threw it on top free-floating thinking I wasn't going back to make big Juan order new ones. The rear engine flange leaked again in less than three months. I did the job myself like I should have only took it there due to time constraints. Their so-called mechanics take shortcuts and half-assed arrangements to minimize time. Lastly: I saw big Juan in my trunk when I was picking up the car and couldn't figure out why until two days later when looking for a brand new expensive ratcheting screw driver. My window regulator broke on driver side door, and i got it replaced there. 8 months down the line it breaks again in my hometown, and the mechanic says it is a super old regulator that's been worn out. When I arrived in Miami in Jan 2010, I had just found a job and did not know anyone. I needed service on my '04 Boxster and went to German Car Care. I heard many negative things about Miami businesses but had to trust someone. I met the manager Juan and he quoted a price for the needed service. In 2011, my car was flooded and the insurance company totaled it. I could not afford a new or used car and asked Juan what he could do. He called the insurance company and got a second opinion. The car was fixed, new computer, wiring, and whatever else it needed. It has run perfectly since. Most recently, I needed my 100k service, which included brakes. The work was done and my car runs as good today, with 118k miles, as it did when I bought it (new). So, three service calls, one for the major repair of my car being flooded and initially totaled by the insurance company. If not for Juan's intervention, my car would be history. I've had great experiences here. I brought my car here after the dealership told me it needed $4k of work, and I wanted a second opinion. Juan looked at it, and found that only two of the 10 lines items actually needed to be addressed, and he got the work done quickly and for about 1/10 of the cost. I brought the car in again to have a couple of bulbs put in, and he didn't even charge me - just asked me to tip his guys. Great service, friendly and helpful.
