They recommended 3 crowns on my 22 year old son, cost $4800. We got a second opinion, they said he needed one cavity filled, cost $225! I went to their office to get a refund of the money I had already paid them. Got a refund, told the patients in the waiting room they were doing unnecessary work and to not spend your money. Dr. Germany ran up to me while I was leaving and aggressively put his finger in my face and told us to leave(while we were leaving). My husband stopped him. I'm a 54 female protecting her son. Ok the dentist seemed fine and did 3 fillings for cheap. They told me I had an additional cavity on a front tooth and that I needed to have all 4 front tooth (beautiful teeth btw) shaved down and have false teeth placed over the top just so they would all match...... Ok so a new dentist fixed the cavity on my front tooth within 15 mins and it is fine and healthy and looks great....then not one but all of the fillings their office did have needed work one by one. I'm currently getting a post in the place of a tiny filling that they destroyed my tooth in the process of doing. The other two teeth had to be crowned and have all had very bad problems and I was told by new dentist that they were done with very old procedures and who knows what they used for the fillings but they have all gone bad... The question now is if I ever even had the 3 cavities at all, or did they intentionally use bad filling material so that I require further dental care from them??? Or are they just plain bad? Worst dental office ever and not to mention the very loud young man that was screaming profanities between the other workers as soon as the dentist stepped outside.!! Shocker. The chop shop dental work he insisted I needed (replace all my crowns) and that landed him in hot water with the dental board, now all need to be redone plus other repair work. Guess I should have accepted that $5000 he offered to refund me in exchange for not reporting him to the board. I think all he cares about is making a buck and not his actual patients. I was injured during a routine cleaning that left my disc dislocated. My dentist kelly watts who stated over and over that she could not help me. Thebdentist pawned me off on another doctor and was never never to be hear from again. I have called, text. And even email countless times with No RESPONSE from THE ALLEGED manager. She will not take calls or return them. I wonder if all patients are treated this way? front staff covers. I would not recommend this dental office. Yes they are stull running expired claims to my insurance without my knowledge and for a completely different dentist. I will initate formal complaints and paperwork. read more

Germany Dental installed crowns improperly for me in Jan 2017. They have been slowly causing more and more issues. My dentist now says they were improperly installed and he will have to redo the whole thing, including crown lengthening work because there is barely any space left between the crown and my bone. I am now out of pocket $12k in addition to my first procedure. At the time, I also noticed charges were sent both to me and my insurance company that looked like they were doubled. I was going to live my life and move on, but this guy is a joke with multiple lawsuits and terrible practices that are really hurting people. I recommend you stay away. read more

I really enjoy my experience with Germany Dental every visit. I am little disappointed that my dental hygienist is no longer with them, but I hear she's move on to bigger and better, so I am excited for her. Cammy(i may have spelled it wrong) is great and made me feel very comfortable with my visit on 01/11/2021 being our first interaction. The staff here was very professional, considerate, and kind! From the front desk to the assistants in back every part of the staff continuously asked to make sure i I was okay and not in pain. During my visit I had to have 3 crowns put in. They told me step by step everything they were going to have to do and kept me informed the whole visit! The assistant placing my new temporary crowns seemed new, but I didn't mind it because if she had any questions at all she made sure to ask so everything was done correctly! Not only this, but once I left they even checked on me after I left to ensure I wasn't in too much pain! Cons: The wait was pretty long, but they took the time to inform me of this upfront as they had an assistant out of the office. read more

Do NOT use Germany Dental in Brandon. I was here in May for a cleaning. I was back in June for a crown. The temporary didn't stay on. I called. The receptionist told me it was fine. When I came back in July for my permanent crown, it wouldn't fit bc of the temporary falling out. Now I'm back today. August. For my permanent. And for the FOURTH time the person at the desk says I need to fill out paperwork. I said I have already done this the other THREE times I've been here this summer. She said it says your info hasn't been updated since 2020. I said well then the person responsible didn't put it in bc this is my FOURTH time here in as many months. I filled it out. I can't thank Dr. Germany and his staff enough for giving me my smile!! I was a "tetracycline teeth staining" child and rarely showed my teeth when I smiled. I saw the Germany Dental commercial on TV and finally decided to schedule a consultation. We decided on crowns and an implant for a missing tooth. Everything was done under IV sedation in one appointment. Painless! I think my teeth are beautiful and I'm obsessed with brushing, flossing and staring at them. I want to first say the assistant was amazing. He was super sweet and allowed me to really feel at ease. I had first reached out to Germany Dental through their website/ email / appt request. Filled out all required fields including a heads up on my anxiety, explaining the extreme impact as well as embarrassment etc has caused.. I've had the WORST luck ever between my teeth/ mouth and dentists.. Everything in my life including my children has been impacted between my inability to smile and be social ( including jobs) and accumulated health issues... I had chosen Germany Dental due to a friend I accompanied he had seen years ago and offered to restore her teeth.. the results on the photos she was given were immaculate.. I was amazed in the transformation!... Tragically Keri never made it back for the once in a life time opportunity. My choosing Germany Dental came from his willingness/ desire to help change and restore confidence ( major impact)... I sent the email... waited over a week.. I was never contacted for an appt. OKAY... stuff happens.. ( I know and understand this best ).. fyi- it is SO much easier for me to communicate through text/ email.. as you can see ‍. I felt awkward to have to call.. due to my insecurities I felt this would be a burden.. sucked it up and made a. Appt anyway. This long story shorter.. I went.. didnt see Dr Germany.. recieved someone different.. a woman. Of course I humiliate myself having a panic attack..Her asking WHY...isnt really something you do in a public place.. felt like more attention was drawn.. AGAIN.. THE ASSISTANT WAS GREAT! The long list of lost hope and impossibility was explained.. without anymore eye contact I left.. was told I would be contacted to discuss the estimate of what it would initially cost... it's been well over a month.. no word.. I called 2 days ago.. machine picks up without ringing.. I leave a message and number.. again I haven't heard a word... it took a LOT for me to present myself... my past has greatly ruined my ability to comfortably communicate and by no means has the condition of my teeth helped.. this is literally my 4th attempt with different dentists with spaced time in between.... I've dealt and went through absolute and pure Hell with my teeth.. unnecessary painful misdiagnosed surgery... misinformation and having to walk home through the worst parts of Jackson... This review is NOT at all against the work this office does.. the reviews speak for themselves. This is a VERY admired and successful business... this review is strictly based on my personal experience and apparent karmatic horrible luck... this experience was just a reminder along with the others.. it's just not meant to be. I have never been so disappointed with a dentist. My company changed dental insurance and Germany was one in network. I scheduled my first visit with them. Now mind you I have been seeing a dentist twice a year for well over 20 years now. The dentist said I would have to have a periodic cleaning and that "By Law" she could not just clean my teeth. BY LAW really. Of course this cleaning was over $900 and my insurance would only pay $600 although it would be broken up into 3 visits I had to pay the $300+ dollars right now. I walked out. First off the LAW does not dictate that the clinic does. That was the biggest load of bull I have been given in a while. DO NOT GO to them find somewhere else. read more

Root canal and crown that was done in 2006 was so horribly installed that I now have to get an entire new one done, and may possibly lose the tooth. Also, while looking at the paperwork, he billed for IV general anesthesia (Code 9220), which he REFUSED to give me on the day of the procedure, only allowing me to have oral diazepam. If the MS statute of limitations on fraud wasn't only 3 years, I would be suing for my money back. This man is a crook. Go anywhere else for procedures. read more

I just went to Germany Dental and I gotta tell you about their dental hygiene person named Patty. She made me feel so comfortable. I was on the verge of tears the entire visit and she REALLY helped me through it and even promised to hold my hand during my procedure next week. I am so GLAD I chose them. At least so far so good. I've had two procedures done and a simple cavity fill. Both were completely a mess. Went back again to fix a filling, still not right. Worse than before I ever went. Asked twice to get Dr Germany and for some reason he's never available even though you have an appointment with him. Other Dr is either incompetent or too busy talking to the teens that work there to do a good job. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more

Dr. Germany and his team always provide such a pleasant visit! The office is nice and very relaxing, even with my dental anxiety! During my last visit, a hygienist named Bailey cleaned my teeth-- she was nice and easy to talk to. She even advised me about the different types of fluoride toothpaste that are on the market and which toothpaste I should be using to prevent cavities. All the hygienists are always nice and very professional. Dr. Germany also does great work. I suffered from TMJ for about a year until he (and his assistant Patti) offered to fit me for a mouthpiece, which has completely relieved my jaw clicking and headaches! He has also filled a few cavities for me and works hard to re-align my bite after fillings so that I don't suffer from sensitive teeth. I also like their automated service that sends you a text to your cell phone reminding you about your appointment. Great service and great people at Germany Dental! Highly recommend. read more
