He placed stones around the concrete steps. Then he put blue stone on the steps but the gaps he left are huge. Then he put some ( very Minimal) amount of fill in between the gaps. Then asked for payment and said I'll be back to finish. This now a mounth and a half and he has not come back. His work also allows my basement to get water in it because he didn't put enough of a gap bewtween the window and the stairs.
