There is a paved path that goes around the park and tennis courts very close too!

What I found was a pleasant park, even i winter, with a couple of football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and a walking trail. I was there for the walking trail, which is a -0.8 mile loop that followed the perimeter of the park. It's paved with asphalt, so it's a pretty good surface for walks during or after in lemony weather. Except for one corner of the park that does not drain well. This clearly is a favorite place for people in the neighborhood to walk their dogs. Overall a very pleasant place. Just not a place where you can take a walk in the woods. It's in a newer, nice neighborhood.

I brought a 3 year old to the park and while she had a lot of fun, it was quite challenging for her to climb on much of the equipment. My husband said the receipt said we had 7 days she retorted THAT'S NOT OUR POLICY ! We all started hollering and she said we were in her personal space and she was calling the sheriff. We were on the other side of the counter! She kept repeating this so we left. THIS is customer service ? This girl needs to be fired! We will never go back to the Fairborn store again. We've talked to another Cricket store on Wilmington and that nice young man said he will do anything we need. By the way we are elderly people. She really does need to be FIRED !!!

There's a gazebo and a swing that makes things feel evening a little romantic. Also, how fun is it to see deer everywhere? My little boy loves the playground near the main parking lot. I'm sure he will be happy to explore the other two playgrounds that this park features. The only downsides? Very little shade, wandering skunks and no swings for the kiddos.

They have also added a little wetlands area nearby to explore. The park features a splash pad, a gym structure, swings, tennis courts, baseball fields, picnic shelter, bathrooms, and plenty of green space. My kids enjoy the splash pad and have become braver with it. They also like the playground. The slides and ground get really hot during the summer so I'd wish they'd do something about that. I think the playground is a decent size, but pretty small during the very busy summer months. I like that the splash pad is open and my kids can run around and still be easily spotted. They have ample parking even with daycare/camp buses.

Even my GPS couldn't find the address! You just have to know it is across the street from Bills Donuts, up the hill a little and to the right. There is a concrete sign at the corner that lets you know it's time to turn! The park itself is a decent size with a lot of variety within it's walls. You can play ball, take a stroll in the grass, enjoy their really fun looking water park area I am assuming comes on once it is hot enough outside. There is a really modern well maintained play area for kids with a working water fountain (pretty rare these days, eh?) and really unique elements within the play structure like the huge rocking booth see-saw for example. I would have gone crazy for this place as a kid! I took a ton of photos and posted them to the listing, if you want to get a better idea of the play structure. It really is wonderful, I highly recommend a visit! We drive 30 minutes out of our way for it once a month, and it's always an enjoyable experience.

It's so awesome! The kids love it and even adults have fun!! I do have to say there isn't much for the real little kids. It's just got one little train with a small slide and for some reason my daughter just isn't into it. But by next spring she'll be big enough for some other things and she'll be more entertained.
