Instead of working to serve customers they would rather be jerks and spend their time writing fake reviews online for their own business. Just shows you the "professionalism" of this company.

Even when you send them all the documentation and they say they are "working" on it, nothing happens. I am now forced to prepare my US and Spanish taxes at the last minute by myself, and do not forget that they did not even file the IRS extension they promised to do and now I have to deal with the penalties they IRS will impose.
