Well.... We had a 2 year old that had a lot of energy to burn off and it was freezing outside. I checked Yelp and came across Get Air and we hopped in the warm car and headed out. When we arrived we had to complete waivers for everyone (all ages and regardless of if you plan to bounce). Next we paid the fee (hourly rates) heard the safety rules and we informed where the dedicated area is for people under 48" tall (like the 2 year old we had). At less than 48" they can play in most other areas of they choose. But, they must be 48" for the zip line. They have teenagers working and they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our toddler chose to wander the entire area to play (no fear). Basic details: -Located in an old strip mall -Extremely clean and well maintained - Have an area for birthday parties that can be rented - Have lockers and cubbies for your stuff - Have seats for parents (and a pay for use massage chair) - wifi : Must connect through your home provider Take a trip and check it out!

Took a group of kids here to hang out and they had a blast. This center is large and there is plenty of room to move. I liked that this center has a variety of options and not just trampolines and jump pits. Staff was super engaged and accommodating. My friends son got hit in the eye and the staff member present was great about checking on him. Front desk staff also informative and polite. We will be back!

New place very nice inside. Located next to Roses across from chapel hill mall. My kids enjoyed it a lot. They have trampolines, an obstacle course, ramps, and an area for small children. The location is great for us because it is the closest trampoline park to us.

My child (3) loves this place! It's nice being able to take him somewhere like this in the winter…read more That said, the ACM is something my nightmares are made of. This place is FILTHY. I am not sure I've ever said that in a review. But I've now been here pre-covid and post. And I still feel this place needs a new cleaning crew, maybe a long weekend to sanitize every surface. My background is in nursing and public health, and I was just appalled at how gross the toys and structures were. I don't mind letting my child play at indoor facilities - it's nothing I have a "rule" against. But after finding layers of visible dirt/grime on almost everything we saw during our December visit, I was disgusted. Then that water table someone else mentioned... it's had this horrible rotting odor for years. I couldn't believe it's still there. But it is, still giving off an offensive stench that's pretty noticeable several yards away. There is a costume area with a stage, and the costumes have seen much better days. I cringed every time my son put on a hat or helmet - every toy/material here had some type of a smell and I wondered if anyone has ever put the costumes in a machine washer or wiped down the helmets? I was pretty surprised I didn't see any staff walking around, perhaps wiping surfaces or helping direct the masses of excited children. It was only $5 to get in, but I'm not sure why they can't charge a few dollars more and make the museum a clean, safer place for children. In December, covid, flu, and RSV were pretty prevalent in our area and I was nauseous thinking what we could have brought home with all of the disgusting things my son touched. I wish I could say we'd be back, especially as my son loves it, but this place is always a hard pass in my book.

Definitely geared towards younger kids. We went here on a random Sunday to kill time. There were a…read morefew birthday parties going on but it wasn't terribly busy. There isn't much to do and what is there is super cramped. The staff was friendly and did come around cleaning while we were there. Comparing it to the other children museums I have been to I don't think I would return. They are adding on though so hopefully it keeps getting better.

Scheduling for privates is ridiculous. At this change, I was promised I would receive a phone call…read moreto make sure the site was fixed, as they experienced technical issues- to which I am extremely understanding. I even advocated for this gym to other parents letting them know that SURELY their kids privates would not be jeopardized. I WAS WRONG!! For over a year I have had my daughter at the same day and time, however they decided to make it a free for all, EVEN THOUGH there's an option to make a recurring option, it actually does not. So, after paying over $2k in the last year, and my daughter being dedicated to her one day a week time, I am now having to check the site and choosing random days and times to make sure my daughter doesn't lose her skills. After this went live, Karen promised to make it right, but then did NOT. She actually said "I think it'll work itself out" and did NOT take care of my issue. Instead, she said "well I guess I could call the parent and ask if you can have your time back"..... what a real manager and leader would do is say, "You're right, I did promise that and I will make the phone call and let the parent know those times are actually unavailable." If my daughter did not absolutely LOVE her coach, I would go elsewhere. Poor management like this leads me to believe it is not all about progression and dedication to the gym. I'm extremely shocked and disappointed at the response, or lack there of, of this issue. Privates are important to athletes, as this is something they look forward to weekly... or whenever you can snag one on the site.

In the lobby area is a map of other nature attractions like hiking, parks, and lakes in Summit County. Upon entry in the lobby area, the various Zoo attraction closures were posted. It's rather discouraging to walk through the Zoo and see closure after closure, renovation signs every few exhibits. We went with a group of friends and both of us brought our kids (elementary through high school) on Easter weekend. Exhibit transitions and renovations happen, but playgrounds were closed, various food areas closed, and many of our favorite Zoo animals nowhere to be found. It feels like many of the Zoo animals were an afterthought to be honest. Almost as if the zoo needed to quickly fill a space to showcase an animal. The Akron Zoo is a smaller scale zoo compared to Cleveland or Columbus, but need more animals that wow and draw people to the zoo. The Mini Melts (practically Dippin Dots) were for sale around the park for $6. The pictures in this review show the cafeteria in the Komado center including pricing. Inside the Komodo Center were the Galapagos Tortoises and a few fish aquariums. The aquariums showcased a couple of tanks similar to Nemo (clownfish) next to an aquarium with fish similar to Dory.
