I waited a minute or two for the staff member to finish up serving another customer, which gave me ample time to find the tinted moisturisers and start trying them on the back of my hand. When the staff member finally came over, she was very informative and told me all about the benefits of the product and suggested that she apply some to my face so that I can see what it would look like. Anyway, all up she was fantastic and totally helped me to make my decision. She dealt with my questions patiently and really seemed to know a lot about the products. This is a great concession stand to come to if you want to discover the Aveda range or skincare and beauty products.

I was recommended to go to Zucci and I am so glad I did. It's a very nice and clean salon. The space has been used really well as you wouldn't expect it to be as large as it is. I had an 1130am appointment, I arrived at 1125am and was…read moretold to take a seat in the waiting area...and I waited....and waited...he STARTED somebody elses hair at 1130...at about 1150 he asked to sit at an actual chair but carried on with previous customer. He first touched my hair at 1205...and there was no "sorry for the wait" or even "how are you" but a "what are we doing". I said I wanted a full colour, a TRIM and a tidy of my fringe. When I said what colour I wanted he laughed and said many people cant pull that colour off...ive had it before so stuck to my decision. He applied the colour all while talking to other customers in a language other than english and basically didnt speak to me again. He left the colour on for well over an hour...and eventually had another staff member wash it out. He then left me with a towel on my head for another 10 minutes while doing someone elses hair who didnt have an appointment but he squeezed in. On to the "trim"... i have curly hair and it takes hairdressers who know my hair a good half an hour to cut...he literally did it in 60 seconds and about 6 snips the whole way around...then he grabbed my fringe and cut it in one. And his "trim" that should have been an inch at most was at least 6 inches! The blow dry was awful, i felt like he was going to dislocate my neck he was so rough....but he isnt stupid coz he curled the ends so I couldnt see the state of the cut. I have now washed and styled my hair myself and can see how bad it is, the left side is a good half inch longer than the right and my fringe is ridiculous! The worst hair experience of my life!
