I couldn't decide between the Salted Caramel Frosted Brownie and the Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, so I got both. I'm so glad I got both because missing out on either one would have been a shame. The brownie was thick and rich with a lovely salted caramel buttercream frosting and garnished with a wafer roll. The. OG Butter Cake had the texture of a rich brownie with that perfect paper thin crust on top, chewy edges and a delectable butter almond flavor. It's simple and glorious. I ate half of each & saved the rest for later. Hubs got a butterfinger shake to enjoy immediately (he did) and No-Bake Cookies to take home. He's sleeping them off right now. A lady who got an eclair ahead of us raved about how good it was. I hope Delish Dish is open the next time I go through Paris, MO. I'm a very good baker, but Melissa leaves me in the dust.
