Put up all the lights, but some are already starting to come down. If he's not giving an excuse, he's just ignoring messages. Some of the excuses have been personal emergency, birthday, no helper, accident. I've since learned he has done this to many people. I graciously gave 2 stars because the lights are up. I just don't know for how long. He gave a 3 year warranty, but of course that isn't going to happen. Will have to pay another company to finish his job. Very unprofessional, especially considering he wanted to get this company off the ground. This is definitely not the way to do it. Communication is key in business.
