Their onboarding process was smooth, and communication was generally professional and respectful. However, we experienced issues with lead quality, call tracking, call routing, and inconsistent performance through Go High Level. Many of the leads were spam or low quality, and there were periods when our phones were not ringing consistently despite active advertising. I also felt the marketing strategy could have been adjusted sooner to better fit the residential HVAC market we serve in the San Fernando Valley. After several months, the return on investment was not where I needed it to be. At the same time, I recognize that my company may not have been fully prepared for their system or at the right stage to get the best results from their services. I believe both sides could have done more early on to identify what was not working and make the necessary adjustments. To their credit, they remained professional throughout the cancellation process and agreed to waive part of the remaining charges so we could close the account on reasonable terms. Overall, I would describe my experience as mixed. Advanced Marketers may be a better fit for a company with a larger team, stronger internal follow-up systems, and a bigger marketing budget. While the results did not meet my expectations, I do not believe my original one-star rating fairly reflected the entire experience.
