We were looking to declutter our garage and shed while being mindful of my deceased mom's massive collection of...well...EVERYTHING. I also knew that the process would be emotional for me and for my father, and I would need someone kind and patient. In a completely devastating twist, our house actually caught fire and sustained significant damage a couple of days before we were meant to work together. Suddenly we had no home and needed storage space IMMEDIATELY for anything we did not lose in the fire. Denise, Carol, Veronica and Mahalia stepped in and truly cared for me and my family in our time of major loss. They were so thorough and took time to be extremely clear about each step. Even our neighbors saw them working and kept commenting on how both gentle and meticulous they all were. Further, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. In all honesty, I think they could easily charge twice as much for the services they provide. There are many people who can come to your home and organize your belongings, but there are far fewer who can do it with real compassion. Nothing but gratitude for this remarkable crew.

I initially tried to schedule a consultation and was told I would receive a call back. No one ever followed up, so I had to repeatedly chase them down just to have a conversation. After all of that, I was told I needed to pay an $85 fee simply to hold a consultation appointment. The explanation was that it was to protect their time, which was frustrating considering there had been no regard for mine throughout the process. To show I was serious, I even offered to pay half upfront so we could schedule the appointment and I could have some confidence that, after the multiple missed follow-ups, the consultation would actually happen. That offer was declined, and instead of working toward a solution, I was told I could be passed off to a "colleague." Good communication and professionalism are the foundation of any service business. Unfortunately, this experience lacked both. I'm genuinely disappointed, especially since this company was recommended to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.
