Second day he worked 2 hours. Third day he worked 6 hours. Then he wanted the rest of the money. I said not until he was done because he had only done 1 day of actual work over the past 3 days. The next day he and his assistant worked a full 8 hours. They did a great job. I was so overcome by happiness I went ahead and paid the balance even though he still had another 8 hours of work to fulfill the contract. The following day the assistant worked for 4 hours while the boss cleaned the other machine. Then I heard engines racing and saw both trucks speeding off the property with no goodbye or thank you. Didn't hear from him again until I contacted him. He says he will come by but never does. This has been going on for a month and a half. He has not offered a refund for the 4 hours of work he still owes me. I would not recommend him since he cannot be trusted to fulfill the contracts he signs his name to.
