The people that work at this agency are Christians and love the Lord. They have always made me feel loved, valued, and cared for as a customer. The main State Farm insurance agent I contact at this office is Geneva Perez and she is absolutely amazing!! State Farm's famous line "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there" is 100% true, and I literally experienced this 1st hand. A little over a year ago, I got hit by a car that was crossing the street. I was pushed off of the main street right into the parking lot of my State Farm agency. Geneva was my hero and came to my rescue. She ran out of the office immediately and checked on me to see if I was okay and if I needed an ambulance. Thank God I had minimal injuries and damage done to my vehicle. I was so scared and in shock from getting hit that it took me a minute to even realize the location I was at. It was a huge comfort having Geneva help me the way she did. I believe one or two of the other State Farm agents went and spoke to the other driver that hit me and were able to call the police and gather the insurance information. Everyone was okay, and the other driver's insurance covered my repairs on my vehicle. The prices have always been lower than any other insurance company I have compared them too and the most affordable. Anytime I call, they always have a wonderful positive attitude and it just brightens my day and makes me happier because they are so nice and pleasant when speaking to them. When I need my insurance coverage or policy sent to me or other information then they send it ASAP. Just earlier this week, I was getting my safety inspection done for the registration of my vehicle to be renewed, and I couldn't find my updated insurance policy document. I called Geneva and she emailed it to me immediately. I was able to continue to get the service instead of having to drive to the office to pick up a copy of it. Having this agency as my insurance provider has been a true blessing in my life! I am a loyal customer of theirs and more than likely will be the rest of my life!
