He was supposed to come repair the damage and did come and threw a 3 year old temper tantrum over pressure washing that he sad he would do in a text to me, telling me I was a liar ... I sent him a copy of the text ... that really bruised his ego! The work is not professional, the damage when they painted in the rain is being redone, paint all over my windows outside. I have hired a real professional to repaint and clean up the mess they left. While from a human standpoint I feel badly for them, they seem so overwhelmed they can't function and are complaining to anyone who will listen how awful their clients are and how hard life is /they don't understand the idea of taking responsibility for your own actions, they feed off self victimization--let alone what professional work or behavior is (though he will yell at you at the top of his lungs how awesome he is) I have heard from a member of his team, apologizing to me...that says a lot right there!

After a couple mishaps with my original window cleaner of 5 1/2 years having Covid and moving away, however I am going to be working with him again thank God!!! I unfortunately stumbled upon three bears, he LIED about having insurance and waited till the day of to say oh he couldn't find his policy and then he realized his policy was not covering him and he needed to get a new policy. How do you do that when you have a business and you're charging full price like $500 for window cleaning? Please be careful with who you pick make sure they bring out proper paper work actually showing you that they have insurance and licensing that they are covered not just telling you they have insurance. I knew something was wrong because he was having trouble responding to texts and phone calls the day before. He's one of those guys that's really good at acting super nice and oh I'm just such a nice guy. Beware it's better to deal with people who are upfront and maybe a little bit prickly but they have their licensing, insurance and workman's comp together not just charging full price and Scamming people!! I feel really sorry for his customers that think he's such a nice guy and he's giving them a deal. Charging them top dollar and then not even paying for insurance and coverage. Who even knows if he's even paying his taxes to our government?? We are just dumb Americans, I guess ?

We had an 800 ft driveway that is about 25 feet wide. But over the years, despite our efforts to beat back the foliage and erosion, the driveway got narrower to just about 10 ft. We needed it widened and some of the curves softened out, We also needed a turn around area/parking pad close to our home. Chris did both and it turned out beautifully. Sculpted a road/driveway to nearly two lanes again. And now we have a big place to turn around in with two layers of rock lying below. We were very impressed. I called Morgan at Allcorn to see if I could get some info, and we ended up agreeing to a visit to check out the job.
