My advice would be to avoid the rooms facing the apartments as at night it can be a problem if you're a light sleeper. Good quiet rooms are 9, 11, and 13. They have place to wash clothes during the day (might want to bring your own detergent). There is a small fridge and electric water kettle in the rooms. You need to bring your own soap and shampoo. A few nearby restaurants, but just a few and very limited selection. However, very easy to take bus and get around town. Internet service is available but it's a real hassle to very frequently have to re-enter the login information.
