We regularly print things like vinyl banners, foam core signage, posters, and palm cards/brochures. Every so often we have something extra fancy, like a chrome-foiled folded menu for a formal event, or a large format newsprint zine with vibrant photography. Staff is always incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They provide options for new projects we dream up, bring us samples, and share photos of test prints so we know we're getting exactly what we want. The personal relationship we've built makes new projects less stressful, because we know Design Printing will always help us out! They save us when we need to print last minute, and are always willing to work something out if a mistake is made. I appreciate that they quickly work to find a solution when there's a mistake, instead of telling us there's nothing they can do because the event is the following day, etc. I highly recommend you build a relationship with Design Printing! Their professionalism will put your mind at ease, and the high-quality products speak for themselves.

We reached out to DPRINTLA because they already worked with other clubs at our campus. We ordered 250 yearbooks, but they offered up another 22. They ended up helping us immensely, offering us cheaper prices for their overtime work when we made mistakes, offering discounts for the additional labor needed to fix the design files... Overall they helped some students who had no clue what they were doing produce some pretty awesome prints. Just make sure to review all the files they send back to you so there aren't any errors that slide by. Will always recommend!

You know what, we've given Leighton multiple chances to redeem his self. He never attempted to at…read moreleast pretend to be the man he wants you to believe he is; honest. I had the misfortune of running into him in our apartment complex. He was there to install someone's tv on their wall and I asked for his business card. Months later, we called for his services. He installed three Tv's. We thought he did a great job, until it came time to adjust the tv in our living room. We also noticed that one side of the tv leaned towards the floor. Of course, I called him about the issue. He gave me a date that he would come to fix the issue. Leighton later revealed that he knew the adjustable tv mount would be a problem. I wondered, WHY, he still used the mount when he knew it would cause us problems? It ended up taking several more visits from him to barely get the tv positioned right. What annoyed me, was the fact that kept wanting ME to call him to remind him about the appt to correct his mistake. I didn't understand why he didn't use his phone calendar to remind himself about the job he needed to do for us, that we paid for? It got to the point where I couldn't stand calling him to "remind" him. He'd answer the phone sounding very unpleasant, like I was bothersome. I'd even intentionally not call to remind him about the appt to correct the tv mount he installed, just to see if he'd remember to come by our home on his own. Of course, he wouldn't show up nor did he call. Needless to say, we found out WHY some people didn't want to hire him. Leighton did a half-hearted job. He left a screw sticking out of the tv mount and the wall. Plus, he plugged our tv into a cheap extension cord that you're warned to NOT use on your electronics. He never informed us about any of this. He didn't even on give us the respect and tell us that he used the cheap extension cord. And of course he didn't tell us that he had a screw sticking out the wall, barely screwed in. When I called him to tell him about the unpleasant, dissatisfactory discovery/job, he wouldn't answer my calls or respond to my texts. When we were in the process of moving, my sister called him to inform him about the sloppy job he did and to ask him what he planned to do about it. He stated that he planned to do nothing. We told him we will leave reviews about our experience. I guess he doesn't care. I would not recommend his services to an enemy.
