Would not recommend. Never got to even speak or see the attorney. Paid through my traffic tickets to deal with a citation and would message the lawyer through there and would barely get a response. They failed to inform me that I had to make an appearance in court back in September 2022; that got me a new citation added. I contacted the lawyer and their firm told me it was basically a mistake on their part and they were getting me a new court date. My next court date and time was in April, but I was told it was going to be later in the day when it was actually earlier in the day, so I missed my court date again! One of the officers said an attorney came earlier and got it "handled". The lack of communication is real. I tried calling their law firm and they said they got one of my citations dismissed but I had to pay 289 to get it dismissed and said they would send me the link. I wasn't there to ask for a payment plan so I have to pay it in full. Currently a full time college student so this isn't ideal for me.:/ Still never received the link. I had to contact the court and ask and they said I had to pay for violating the promise to appear, not to get the ticket dismissed. Once again not my fault, I was never informed about said court date back in September. I'm genuinely so upset, but just gonna pay because l'm tired of dealing with this. Similar to James (the one other post on here), Ghuneim and Associates pulled the same "trick" on me. Essentially, they are running a false advertising scam. I received a speeding ticket in Galveston on 17 Sep 2012 and paid the fee promptly. I knew with 100% confidence that my ticket with the court was closed out properly. Today, however, I received a letter in the mail from this terrible law firm stating that there was a warrant out for my arrest due to my speeding ticket. After I called the courts in a panic, I confirmed that I was in good standing - there was no warrant out for my arrest. Stay away from this firm! read more

I can't speak to their service for traffic tickets but as far as hiring for family court in a divorce Mo is horrible! Cost is ridiculous for doing basically nothing and his advice was to keep my child from the other parent during proceedings just for leverage, which I think is awful. No concern for the children involved or their wellbeing. read more

Staff was very unprofessional and rude. They have very poor customer service skills, especially if you choose not to hire them for another case. I will never hired them again and I will not refer anybody to hire them especially to represent you in the court of law read more

I called and spoke to the girl over the phone and she said I have not heard from them because I do not have to show up to court and they will contact me if I need to know anything. I had a speeding ticket in a school zone and no insurance tickets. I have insurance just didn't have proof of it on me. Anyway I paid them $75 to represent me and they got it all down to deferred and another $175 paid to court and it's done. Pretty hassle free. Like the other reviews said, they will not call or email you. You have to get in touch with them. I always did over email and they respond promptly. Overall I am satisfied with the way it turned out. I think it should have been dismissed. The ticket was bogus but I didn't have the $$ or time to fight it with a jury. I would recommend Mo Ghuneim. Wouldn't use them again. Paid them to take care of a traffic ticket, paid them $85 and they told me don't worry they would take it from there. Well I guess they did, they had the ticket deferred and I had to take a online dismissal class. What they did not say was I could have did this myself by going to the court clerk and ask for a deferred ticket. Although they saved me $30 on the ticket it cost me $85 to use them. it says on the website they are open on saturdays from 11-3pm and i called 4 times and spoke to a steven with answering services and he told me someone will call me back before 4pm and now it's 4:30 pm and bo one called me back..... when i called him back ( steven with answering service) he said they were gone for the day. my son drove over to the business @ 2:15 and no one was there doors were locked! and friday when it was open for regular hours i was told someone will call me back to get credit card info to charge it and no one called me.... now my court is monday the 26th and no lawyer! read more

Although communication was a little difficult (I had to call them most of the time to get information about my case), the outcome was great. My son got a speeding ticket and not sure how they managed it, but they got the ticket dismissed for him! Definitely worth the effort I had to put in to communicate! read more

Stay away from this place. I recently received a letter in the mail from them stating that I had a warrant out for my arrest for a speeding ticket I got back in August 2012. I paid the ticket a week later and opted to take defensive driving. Fast forward to October 16th and I had a surprise waiting in my mailbox. Called the Galveston Country Municipal Court office about the letter and they said there was no warrant and that their system showed I payed and had until November 26th to finish up defensive driving. I wasn't the only one this happened too either. The lady at the court house said she has been receiving tons of calls and that t the place was full of people having the same problem. If this law firm can't accurately tell you if you have a warrant and are sending out tons of letters to innocent people why would you trust them to represent you in court?
