Adulting is not my favorite thing, and yet, by encouragement of my proactive parents and my memory of a distant event, I decided to show up for myself (and ultimately others). My grandparents passed many years ago, and yet I'll never forget bearing witness to their heartfelt grief, which was rudely interrupted by the confusion, angst, and sibling discrepancies when sorting through what was left behind. So, in an effort to continue to protect my loved ones (even after I'm gone), I research what to do next.
