After explicitly telling him to remove us from his marketing database, he did not and even sent a follow-up text message! My advice to the head of this company / broker -- please rethink the scum who you've hired to cold call people. I see the other reviews about the rude marketing calls. Absolutely no manners, no ethics, no courtesy! Sickening.

Apparently, they mass call people automatedly. This is difficult for our household because I have an adult son with autism and care for my 93-year-old mother. I work full-time 9-10 hours a day. At night, there are a lot of things (as one can imagine) that I need to do. At times I don't get to sleep till 1:30 in the morning. I work remote and care for my mother all throughout the day while serving others at a job. To keep this real, I will state that I after work, I clean up and cook or arrange dinner for my mother. (Last night, I stroganoff from scratch.) From 5:00 o'clock to 7:00 o'clock, there are household chores to do. Everything needs to be put away with dishes done by 7:00 o'clock so that I can watch wheel of fortune and jeopardy with my elderly mother. I don't miss a night. I spend my nights by my mother's side watching TV with her till around 10:00 o'clock when she goes to bed. She deserves the companionship and often beats the people on TV because she is so sharp. She is getting very old so every day with her is precious to me. I really, really, love my mom and would do anything for her, so I do not consider this a chore, but it does mean that I am committed every single evening and I spend that time with her religiously, in addition to looking after her in the daytime while I am working. After she goes to bed, I have to do things for work and finish household chores. After that, I study the Bible for half an hour no matter what and then I finish my day praying for others. With everything that I do, it is important to stay grounded spiritually. The 45 minutes that I spend in study and worship are non-negotiable. Needless to say, any sleep that I can get is extremely precious to me because I really need any shut eye possible in order to get rest and recharge. This is VITAL, as I need my energy to do so much for so many other people, family, friends and work. I couldn't believe that someone I don't know would call me so early in the morning, and when I answered the phone it was an automated call from the Gafford Group. Having been woken up and jarred out of a deep sleep, I called the number back and there was an AI machine that I encountered. The AI tried to lie to me and said "typically" they don't make automated calls. The last thing I need at 7:23 in the morning is to be subjected to attempted gas-lighting by an AI answering machine! I have no idea how they got my number because I'm on the do not call registry and I did not ever give them permission to call me like this, so I will be addressing that with the appropriate agencies. From what I can see, this is a huge real estate conglomerate that does not care about individual people or their families. Anybody or company that is so desperate and stupid to be calling people at 7:23 in the morning is not getting my business, ever! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and making report with the do not call registry. I also will be contacting the Board of Realtors in Clark County. They've woken me up out my sleep, so of course, I will make the most of my time trying to prevent it from happening to others. Seeing how their AI answering machine likes to lie, can provide a screenshot of their call coming in to me and my call back to them AND the email notification I received from my google voice account from their phone number. It appears they've searched my GV number and called that too. I'm beyond absolutely furious. Some of us live in the real world. Some of us have to work hard for a living while caring for a entire household single-handedly, working 9 to 10 hours a day. Absolutely no way in the world would I entrust a real estate transaction to somebody so big, so conglomerate, so impersonal and so short-sighted that they'd have an automated machine waking people up out of their sleep the 7 o'clock hour in the morning. It's simply inappropriate and very bad business and RUDE.
