Ordered two wraps a few weeks ago with avocado. $13 each. Wraps were good and even though I thought it was a little expensive ,( I know, it had avocado up charge, thats fine), I went back recently. I order the same thing and now I'm told $30 at checkout $15 each. I don't bother saying anything I just know I'm not returning and then when I check the charge on credit card bill ( i didnt get receipt at register and dont think i was asked if i wanted one either)it's actually a little over $31 maybe charge for using credit card.my fault for not knowing the price to begin with and not saying anything .. No price posting on the walls, but there was folded paper menu which I should have checked. Anyway I found that my wrap is $11 w/o avocado. So $2 upcharged first time and then $4 upcharged next time plus whatever the rest was? Felt it was a bit expensive, definitely the second time, ,changing prices depending on who's setting it and no pricing on the menu on the wall. I dont want to have to complain about pricing at register..so I've done it here.. :( As always I have to say I am fairly frugal but will spend a couple of bucks now and then, but it would be helpful if everyone there knew what the prices were..and if the additional charge was a credit card surcharge it would be nice to know ahead of time..maybe it was posted somewhere but I didn't see it. read more

I love finding gems and this is one of them. I had no idea it was here but found it on Yelp. Anytime you have a place with a 5 star rating you know I have to try it. First off, you are overloaded with options. They have hot food, sandwiches, and salads. They even have a butcher shop in there if you need nice steaks. I was going back and forth whether to go with the hot food (meatballs looked great) or a sandwich. In the end I went with the breaded eggplant sandwich which is an all time favorite. It is very difficult to find a great breaded eggplant sandwich but this one nailed it. I ordered it with mozzarella, arugula, tomato, oil, and vinegar. I got in on a sesame roll and it was awesome. The eggplant wasn't mushy and all the ingredients complimented each other. Top notch. My coworker ordered the "shawn" which is a chick parm sandwich. He also was very impressed. I love places like this. So good! I also picked up a piece of crumb cake as well and it was good. The prices were reasonable and I am excited to try more items. This is a must try in the area. The eggplant fried is amazing. I always leave there with a pound a pound of the chicken cutlets the sandwiches are really good. My favorite is a wedge with mozzarella, tomato, tomato and reduce balsamic vinegar. I definitely recommend them. read more

so yesterday was my first time ordering from Gianna's. the experience wasn't great it wasn't even good or close to descent. it was a group of my co-workers at least 15 of us and we all had to threw our food out. the food was soggy salty and/or undercooked. They even over charged us. they have a menu with prices from 2 years ago, so when u get your order your not paying for what the menu has on it. When FINALLY!!! speaking to management they tried to justify the situation with a response of fries don't travel well. excuse me, wow I was baffled. from pervious orders that I've made with other establishment never have I experienced soggy cold fries maybe warm but never soggy and undercooked. and how do you mess up a grilled chicken salad. onion rings had raw batter, the bread and wraps were not even chewable. the food tasted like food left over night and as if it was taken straight from the freezer into the dish. Gianna tried to say she never had a complaint before that clearly has to be a lie and if not clearly u need to look at your staff and change they way of service because over all it was poor service we spent $200 to only be refunded $30 for disgusting food.and to top it off she did not even apologize for the horrible service NERVER again GIANNA AND HER DELI CAN KISS MY ASS!!! read more
