The adjuster from Westfield never offered to meet any of the roofers and never set foot on my property. MRW Insurance and Westfield Insurance sent a third party Ladder Now C+ rated to inspect my property (or deny my claim). I questioned the level of expertise from Ladder now as the roofing companies had demonstrated the hail damage. They further did not send an adjuster but a forensic engineer. Upon reading about the forensic engineer's experience, I was concerned to know he had only worked for this company for 3 years. Mike Winter called and was very rude to me and stated that I needed to comply with Westfield or they would drop my complaint. He never offered to help. This was the only phone call from him other than when I elected to cancel his insurance. He further told me he doesn't work with you on your claims. What is an agent for? DO NOT GO with MRW Insurance. I am further sending a letter to Westfield regarding Mike Winter Insurance. I would like to note that Mike Winter never responded to countless emails between myself and the adjuster. The adjuster nor Mike Winter ever came to my home. AGAIN DO NOT GO WITH MRW Insurance. Per the manager they are there to help. He did nothing. Do not utilize this company unless you want to throw your money away.

Wow...just Wow…read more Eleven years with this insurance agent and I never filed a claim for the house or car. Paid all of my bills on time. I took a job in another state while my Husband has stayed at the house in Ohio. I changed my car policy to the new state, but kept the house insurance. Then the harassing phone calls and emails started - Is the house on the market, is it empty, how can it not be empty if you moved? Somehow they believed I needed to confirm every 3-6 months that my house was not for sale. I explained the situation a couple of time (was actually asked if I was getting a divorce - Yeah, they are that awesome at customer service). When I called and asked for the emails and phone calls to stop since I would notify them if I put the house up for sale as my policy required - THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY MID-TERM. Wow... Please save yourself the hassle and find an insurance agent that actually cares about you and does not harass you. Henry's Insurance Agency will probably cancel your policy for no reason too.
