I expected the team to make an attempt to help me locate them, but instead they simply took a cursory look at unit where my items had been stored and another unit and told me that "the investigation is complete." I was absolutely shocked and suggested several other ways that they might track down the items and even offered to come to Milton Keynes myself, but they refused to acknowledge this or engage with me at all on the topic, and repeated only "our investigation is complete." I would say simply checking an empty storage unit is far from a thorough or complete investigation for irreplaceable family heirlooms, and I would expect that a storage company would pride themselves on being trustworthy and dedicated to returning customers' items. I find this appalling, and I hope that the team will take their business seriously and help me locate my missing items.

Well we used these to store our stuff whilst moving home. All was going well, until we just found…read moreout that their warehouse has just been burnt down. Fire started next door. maybe not their fault but what fire prevention/suppression do they use. NONE quite obviously. We've lost everything!!! So if you want to use them, take out extra insurance.
