I am from out of state and ordered flowers for my friend's memorial service. They delivered on the…read moreincorrect day, at the incorrect place. I gave them the church's name and the church's address where the memorial service was being held and they instead delivered a funeral home that nothing is taking place at. Because of their error, they not only inconvenienced the grieving family, but now there will be no flowers from us at my friend's memorial service. Not only that, but my contact information was given, the recipient's contact info, and the church's name and address, if they were unsure by any of that, they had plenty of info to ask. This is a very sensitive time for not only myself, but the grieving family and there was no excuse for this error, and unfortunately one they can't undo as this was our final farewell to our friend. Edit, I'm updating my 1star to a 3 because they did contact me and offer to make it right and explained the situation and I appreciate that.
