I would never ever recommend buying a vehicle here or doing a deal with this companies location. It's very hard to get up with someone, promises are made that are Never kept, it's almost impossible to work on getting the correct refund when they are the ones who mess up the payment. Also will sell you a vehicle in a heart beat that has a ton of issues, they will never tell you about this issues but cover them up and make it look "pretty" to the eye. I would buy a vehicle from a scrap yard before ever purchasing from here again. DO NOT MAKE THIS DECISION

Mind you today is Monday and I talk to them for 4 hours throughout the day today, starting at 8:30 in the morning and all of a sudden, the car comes up sold at 5 o'clock. And now nobody'll even answer the phone for me. What a disgusting place. I would never buy a car here i asked to speak to the manager because he was not a real manager. Apparently, and of course, he didn't call me, didn't answer? And then I asked to speak to the owner, and they said he would not speak to me. So what kind of customer service is that?Do not buy a car here, stay clear i am sure if i went with there 1st p.o. they would have sold it to me but when I did not want all the extras they did not take my deposit and then it was sold to someone eles.

On Wednesday 12/13 at The Postal Shoppes ( Natchez, MS) we had legal documents notarized, copied…read moreand packaged in a UPS flat letter document package, scheduled to arrive in Scottsdale, AZ Saturday 12/16/23. The gentleman who assisted us used the 8 x 11 Manila envelope we brought, placing the UPS label on it. We had apprehensions and asked if he could mark through our address. He stated it would not be a problem. We checked the package status later that evening and again Thursday, status showed " label created ". Surprisingly the letter arrived in our mail box today! My wife quickly removed the contents and sent the documents by way of USPS Priority mail. I returned to The Postal Shoppe, (Natchez) with envelope and receipt, requesting a refund. He refused, stating " he was the owner and pointed to a no refund notice ". We did NOT receive service requested and purchased, nor will we meet the deadline. To this establishment it was of no significance, for us we may lose a real estate deal costing us thousands of dollar. Current package status: label created! In the future we'll do our own legwork. Beware, don't trust them.
