I would like to add an update to this review after being reached out to by a "director of talent management " with a seemingly tone deaf email about the experience with the recruiter. The email said that they wanted me to have their contact info for possible future uses, also in that email they felt it was necessary to state that the recruiter that behaved in the ways listed in the initial complaint was apparently a "top" recruiter. Instead of offering an apology for how the employee treated the recruitment process like they couldn't care less, they felt it necessary to espouse how "good" of a worker the recruiter was. Yet the tone of the emails between myself and the recruiter after raising the concerns were not about how the recruiter had messed up but rather to explain away their actions as if it was normal to basically abandon the responsibility of taking care of the job at hand and focusing only on their needs. If I need to I can attach the email chain to show how the emails came across as if it was of no consequence on behalf of the recruiter. The other job offer was indeed intended as an "I'm sorry I messed up but this is your only option". the job offer was received in part like an insult to injury. If I had just been informed in a timely manner regarding the decision, this wouldn't have been an issue. I have my CDL A with limited but relevant experience that covers the needs of the job just as well. This was discussed in the in person interview and seemingly understood by all parties. Like it was stated in the initial complaint, the issue is not about not getting the job, but how the recruitment process lacked professionalism when it comes to communication and accountability. Each response I have received for my criticism reads as " I'm sorry that you FEEL wronged but we don't think this is an issue worth correcting". The only thing I was looking for was a genuine apology for the behavior of the recruiter, nothing more. But at each turn all that happens is a justification for the behavior of not just the recruiter but also the staff in charge of damage control. There seems to be less of a concern for taking accountability for actions taken and more focus on leaning on PR style responses. A very simple " I am sorry that I chose to leave you waiting instead of passing you on to another recruiter while I will be away on PTO" is not a very hard thing to do. On the day that I scheduled the first interview it was scheduled during the work day and there was plenty of time to respond and inform me about not being available on that day even though the time slot was listed as available when it was scheduled. The time after the in person interview could have been handled the same way. The time and opportunities lost were worth more than the entry level warehouse job that was offered as a "fixer", it was also the equivalent of applying for a mid management position and being told that you are a good fit and being left in the dark and getting offered a job to clean toilets for a decent amount less than was discussed. read more

I'm just getting started with GiftHealth (and LillyDirect), having been referred to them by my PCP. They're coordinating my payment for an expensive med my health insurance company (Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield) has denied. (That's a different, completely infuriating and counterproductive story.) GiftHealth is doing all the admin work and sending me the med. I contacted them yesterday for the first time and the whole thing has already been arranged and the medication appears to be on the way. I'm amazed by how quickly this aspect of the thing has proceeded. GiftHealth (and LillyDirect) has sent me several texts and emails explaining clearly how things will work and gathering my info. Not including the weeks it took Anthem to deny the med in the first place, and then deny my physician's appeal, the actual delivery of my self-paid medicine has been organized by GiftHealth in 24 hours. I'm impressed. I did have a clinical question regarding some drug allergies I have, so followed a GiftHealth link to chat with one of their reps, Anthony A. It turned out my concern is a little more complicated to address than I anticipated. During our chat, Anthony A. researched how best to address my concern and determined that, my question being a clinical issue, it was best to have a clinical person from GiftHealth Pharmacy call me to answer my question. Emmanuel A. was super polite and clearly spoken. So far, I'm quite impressed with this outfit. And we'll see over the next couple of days how the actual delivery goes. read more

Gift health does not appear to communicate well. This was supposed to be easy. My doctor placed the prescription for three incremental levels of doses weeks ago. Since this is how the medication works, it makes sense to prescribe this way. Lilly Direct said they only sold Zep via vials using self pay. So why all the back and forth between GiftHealth, me, my doctor trying to order vials not pens? Finally got it sorted for first dose, but I now found there are the same problems with the incremental doses. I read that other client reviews that have had the same problems with GiftHealth. I don't understand why there is difficulty. After 'chats' that didn't resolve anything on that front, I went ahead to order my first dose only to find it won't accept my HSA payment method, but won't tell me why. Triple checked data entered. Tried using phone link and computer methods to pay. Still no go. More 'chats' with GiftHealth, more frustration for me. They told to keep trying, which I did, then to call the card company. The HSA company can't see a problem or even that payment was attempted and can't help further without knowing what GiftHealth's issue is. Tried then to call GiftHealth directly to "talk" to someone about the vague messages they send only to find the phones are now closed for the weekend in that time zone. Shakedra A. was so helpful. She answered all of my questions and told me how to handle what I needed. She came on the chat really fast. It's not my first time using their chat and it was fast and convenient. Ordering is so easy through text and it takes you to your prescription to pay. I always receive my product before the date given. It comes cold with ice packs. Nothing is broken or leaking. I haven't received any bad doses that they say to look for. I absolutely love the service and recommend. Also, they give you that one time option if you miss your 45 day order mark where they won't take the price up. The meds is discounted at a great price but still a lot if you're not rich. So that's good to know if you're having a payment issue after the 45, for one time only, they will help you out and let you keep the discounted price. I found that out reaching out in a past chat. I decide to leave a review this time. Because most customer service centers sucks. They never know anything or you wait so long that you give up. So product and service is great!!! I sent feedback yesterday about not completing my order. My reason is that the shipments I have been getting are not being shipped with FROZEN cold packs. These shipments are riding around in an unairconditioned UPS truck all day in the Texas heat. I have called and spoken to several CSR's and they are unable to get me to someone in charge of the shipping process to communicate this. The response is it's ok to be room temperature on delivery and there is a 21 day shelf life from that point on. I maintain a 1-2 month supply of Zepbound on hand so I do not run out should there be issues with supply and delivery, therefore I would not be using the most recent shipment upon delivery. I used compounded Tirzepatide successfully for one year and those shipments were packed with frozen cold packs that would easily last 3-5 days. Gifthealth has an upgraded from the inadequate pouch packaging to the new Thermosafe Insulated shipper (which has to be quite expensive) but not putting frozen cold packs which is incomprehensible. The price now for a 4 week supply of the 10mg vial is $700. For that much money I want to have a product that is good through its expiration date, typically a year much less compromised on delivery. read more

I was REALLY dreading my call today to Gifthealth Pharmacy. I received a text that my script had been rejected that the pharmacy needed updated information from my pcp. I do not use insurance on this medication. After calling the nurse twice, then going to the docs office in person to show her the text I got another "rejection" text. So I called Gifthealth Pharmacy expecting long holds, complications and red tape. But that is not what happened at all. CS professional Kendra P. Took answered my call. She calmly listened to my explanation and proceeded to give me instructions on what to tell my pcp when I called back - then she paused and said "would you like me to make the call for you? I will call the pcp then call you back with an update". SERIOUSLY WHO DOES THAT??? Kendra P- that's who!! Within 10 min or less Kendra P made the call to my pcp and called me back. She was able to resolve the issue re the rejection and explained to me what had happened and why. Ive never received customer service at this level of professionalism. Ever. I have made multiple attempts to get resolution. Virtual chat assistance via AI is worthless. After going through all the "stuff", it tells me there's a problem on their end and try back. I speak with a live agent that tells me everything is good to go. I get text telling me to order. Price on order is incorrect. I chat with live agent that tells me they need a new prescription from my provider (my provider did initially send it incorrectly but resent the same day with the correct script). So I make another chat session with live agent. No go, but she will escalate. I wait 24 hours. No contact. I do another chat session with live agent. No luck. Ask to be connected with supervisor. No go. This is not the first time I've had issues and I sent a 5 star review due to the one good customer service agent they have. Evidently she is the only one. I know this goes through Medicaid, but someone should have a clue what is going on. My LACK of confidence with Gifthealth has again been restored. read more

This is my first order with GiftHealth after my provider requested a prescription be filled through them. I was contacted 6 times via text and 4 times via email by Gifthealth. This communication was about placing the order, paying for it, processing, shipment, and shipping details. To be honest it was a bit overwhelming, but thorough. Two days later while the prescription was out for delivery Gifthealth requested it be returned to them without any communication with me. I had to call UPS and Gifthealth to determine what was going on. Emily Q., Gifthealth representative was good. She said the medication had to be returned due to the sensitive nature of handling it. She said they are working to refill the order. But as of the writing of this, I've had no communication from Gifthealth as to the status of the original order or the replacement order. I'm disappointed at this point. They are good at everything up to actually delivering the product. read more

Rude!!! Does she think we are white collar workers like herself and we all get weeks off for christmas!? I work 7 days a week, and guess what I worked on christmas too! Just to survive. So how about be empathetic next time, bc not everyone has gets to live like you and have a good time. Some of us struggle! So don't tell me "what do you mean, it was christmas" the week before was one day, which is christmas day. Did you shop at a grocery store mam? On christmas eve, did you eat food on your plate? The company had the wrong prescription dosage on file, so when I renewed and paid, they send the wrong dosage. When me and my doctor tried to fix what dosage you had on file before it was shipped, you sent the wrong one anyway. The person on chat said that once the doctor, called it would be fixed and the right dosage would be sent instead. That didn't happen the the chat today said that it was my fault and they will do nothing to fix it. These meds are very expensive and I'm paying out of pocket. I can't afford to pay for the same month twice. Anything you can do to recall, return, or transfer the money I've already spent to the right dosage would by really helpful. The woman on the chat was short and somewhat rude saying that she wouldn't do any thing to help. I did request to speak with a supervisor. If nothing will be done at all, I will look for another company to deliver the meds. I'm so disappointed in the service. read more
