I would like to thank Maria Romero for her excellent customer service yesterday. My wife and I were crossing the border and upon crossing discovered that our car registration had expired (a whole other story involving an identity theft situation where my mail was being forwarded to some jerk trying to gain access to my important private info). In any case we could not get into Mexico and we thought our weekend was ruined. Maria came to the rescue...I called her office and in a matter of 20 minutes she reissued my already paid for registration and emailed a copy to a gas station right there on the border. They printed it up for me and back into Mexico we went! Maria did a fantastic job and all the while had a very professional and supportive demeanor.
